I spoke with 3 other plumbing companies before calling Red Star, and described my situation in detail. They were all so elusive about their pricing and talked about possible coupons that ended up not applying for some reason when they arrived. These folks at Red Star were the only ones who were straightforward and gave me a solid quote. Sure, sometimes things come up during work, and I understand that an estimate is just that, but this was a simple job. What a breath of fresh air to meet an honest company that wants to just be fair and not rip me off because my sink is backed up. Thank you! Definitely earned my future business and referrals.

Our main drain plugged up causing water to back up into our downstairs shower. Zach answered my call, on a Sunday, within 10 minutes and showed up in a half hour. He had it cleared quickly and even cleaned up the shower. They're family owned and local, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this business for excellent customer service.

Hands down the best plumbers we have ever had.

We recently moved from the Bay Area to downtown Huntington Beach and the first problems we had were with plumbing. A page taken straight from the movie, Money Pit. Luckily, Red Star came out right away and fixed it all and installed new appliances along the way.

They installed all new appliances:
- Whole house water filtration system
- Toto toilet
- Washer & Dryer
- Instant hot water
- Kitchen sink faucet
- Shower heads in three bathrooms

They Fixed:
- Master shower leak
- Flushed out our two tankless water heaters
- a whole bunch of other stuff

They are honest, hardworking individuals and I will use them anytime I have any issues with plumbing, hopefully not anytime soon.

Called on a holiday in the morning and had somewhere there to fix my leaking shower head by 1pm. They are quick, very reasonable and quality work. Kyle came out and showed me exactly what the issue was with my old parts and was able to fix it quickly.
