This morning I realize there was a leak underneath my house. After checking it out for myself I realized this wasn't a job I could conquer on my own. I gave Red Star a call and within minutes I received a callback and a response time. Before I knew it they arrived and jumped right in to the repair. The timing was great, friendly service and affordable prices. I will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again when needed. Thank you Red Star for helping me out today!

Zach and his colleague came to my house today to asses some issues that my home warranty refused to properly address. In less than an hour, Zach was able to diagnose and fix several issues that previous plumbers couldn't. He was super kind and respectful. He even went as far as taking his shoes off at one point so he wouldn't track dirt on the carpet. Now that is dedication and attention to detail. Hire him for any and all of your plumbing needs

Honestly, best pluming service I've EVER received. My family and I have been going back and forth with home warranty and insurance regarding some leaking water. The home warranty came out and told us we had a slab leak but since there was already water damage they would not fix it as it was categorized as a ""negligent issue"". Zack and his partner came out and diagnosed the ACTUAL issue in less than 20 minutes! He even offered to call our insurance agent and explain the issue himself! I also told Zach about my upstairs bathroom sink that had a drip and he walked right up and fixed it for me!

10/10 would recommend. They are so honest and great at what they do!

I used to love there service last 3 times they came to fix my 2 stores they didn't do any thing and I would have to call another company to come and fix the same thing they got paid for So I pay them and paid the other company till I gave up

Zack and his team member came out with short notice to look at our plumbing issue. They were thoughtful (taking off their boots before entering), quick to diagnose the problem and find the solution.

I spoke with 3 other plumbing companies before calling Red Star, and described my situation in detail. They were all so elusive about their pricing and talked about possible coupons that ended up not applying for some reason when they arrived. These folks at Red Star were the only ones who were straightforward and gave me a solid quote. Sure, sometimes things come up during work, and I understand that an estimate is just that, but this was a simple job. What a breath of fresh air to meet an honest company that wants to just be fair and not rip me off because my sink is backed up. Thank you! Definitely earned my future business and referrals.

Great job! Cleared about 10-15 feet of roots from the clean out and were friendly, respectful, prompt and helpful. My neighbor David was right about Red Star! Our main drain plugged up causing water to back up into our downstairs shower. Zach answered my call, on a Sunday, within 10 minutes and showed up in a half hour. He had it cleared quickly and even cleaned up the shower. They're family owned and local, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this business for excellent customer service.

Hands down the best plumbers we have ever had.

We recently moved from the Bay Area to downtown Huntington Beach and the first problems we had were with plumbing. A page taken straight from the movie, Money Pit. Luckily, Red Star came out right away and fixed it all and installed new appliances along the way.

They installed all new appliances:
- Whole house water filtration system
- Toto toilet
- Washer & Dryer
- Instant hot water
- Kitchen sink faucet
- Shower heads in three bathrooms

They Fixed:
- Master shower leak
- Flushed out our two tankless water heaters
- a whole bunch of other stuff

They are honest, hardworking individuals and I will use them anytime I have any issues with plumbing, hopefully not anytime soon.
