Our main drain plugged up causing water to back up into our downstairs shower. Zach answered my call, on a Sunday, within 10 minutes and showed up in a half hour. He had it cleared quickly and even cleaned up the shower. They're family owned and local, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this business for excellent customer service.

Hands down the best plumbers we have ever had.

We recently moved from the Bay Area to downtown Huntington Beach and the first problems we had were with plumbing. A page taken straight from the movie, Money Pit. Luckily, Red Star came out right away and fixed it all and installed new appliances along the way.

They installed all new appliances:
- Whole house water filtration system
- Toto toilet
- Washer & Dryer
- Instant hot water
- Kitchen sink faucet
- Shower heads in three bathrooms

They Fixed:
- Master shower leak
- Flushed out our two tankless water heaters
- a whole bunch of other stuff

They are honest, hardworking individuals and I will use them anytime I have any issues with plumbing, hopefully not anytime soon.

Kyle came out and showed me exactly what the issue was with my old parts and was able to fix it quickly. I live in an older mobile home and my water bill jumped up dramatically. I knew my toilet was running so the local handyman fixed that. But the next bill was high too. At this point I knew I needed a professional plumber.

They came out the very morning and inspected around the home and explained how to read my water meter to show a leak. Since it seemed to have no leak it was no charge! But, while they were here i had some cosmetic plumbing done at reasonable rate and they were very honest accommodating professional and low key. Didnt try to upsale me on anything. I thought it was still leaking and they immediately came back to check....again no charge! They even installed a shower head water filter I bought while here! Call Eric today!

Reached out to Red Star Plumbing to take a look at a home project. I had purchased 4 wide spread bathroom faucets, a kitchen sink faucet, along with 2 new shower cartridges and trim kits... I had 3 different quotes to install all of the new plumbing parts, and Red Star was by far the most reasonable. It took them a little under 4 hours and everything was complete and looked great! I called Red Star Plumbing on a Sunday night with an emergency water leak, Eric answered the phone and was able to get a technician out right away. The technician (Zach) arrived shortly and had my leak stopped with a temporary fix within 15 minutes! I then had Red Star come back out the next day and do the full repair.
