Our tech was the BEST. I totally would recommend James as an excellent professional and knowledgeable in his job. Sansone however, pulled a fast one with an $89 DIspatch fee? Can anyone please explain what that is? Ofc, the Dispatch Manager has not returned any of our 8 as in EIGHT calls. Pathetic service from a manager. And we started calling three days ago. Again, James was fantastic and I am very grateful for his hard work.

Beware and stay clear! This company was a total rip! All I can say is they wanted $265 to install a Kohler bath faucet fixture that cost $109. I can only imagine what they charge for other services.

My water heater broke just as Florida winter set in. This could have been a complete disaster, but Red Rooter was easy to schedule and it was fixed in no time. One interesting thing about Red Rooter is the text they send when the plumbing professional is on their way. It includes a really cool bio of the person coming to your house, including his years of experience, strengths as a plumber, and even how he got into the business! I would highly recommend!

Angelo shut up wearing his mask right on time and I really appreciated the fact that the other company that I called could not make it until a couple of days later, While Red Rooter said they would come the same day! Who wants to wait to use their shower or toilet? No One.

Poor customer service. The person who answered the phone would not answer my questions and then hung up on me. I was hoping to use this service for the 1st time, but I guess Red Rooter does bot value new customers.

I called to make a appointment to come and look at my water heater that stop working the night before and was told the earliest appoint was the next day between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and I would be contacted prior to them coming out. I sat around my home waiting for the call and never received one. I decided to give them a call just before 4 p.m. to get a update and was told they put my phone number down wrong in the system and were not able to get a hold of me. The lady on the phone stated she was going to correct my number and transfer me to the dispatcher. After I was transferred to dispatch I received a answer machine to leave a message. I called back and the lady who answered this time still could not find me in the system by my phone number because it was not corrected like I was told. She then corrected my number again and transferred me to dispatch, but this time someone answered with a little attitude and told me since they could not get a hold of me because of they put the wrong number in the system that the technician was sent to a different job. The dispatcher told me they could not come until tomorrow now. When I first spoke to them the prior day they took all my info including my email, but know one ever thought about sending a email since they put the wrong phone number down and just sent the tech to another job. I went ahead and canceled them since now I had no water heater for two days and the best they could do was send someone out the next day.

I found this company online and chose them because of their amazing reviews. They did not disappoint. From the Dispacher to the tech my experience was amazing. Got a brand new faucet installed for my bathroom. The old one was ugly and provided very low pressure. Also got my water pressure fixed in my shower so now I can enjoy my shower. Pricing was very fair. Would recommend to anyone hands down. Excellent service.

Orestes Ruiz was our technician. I called on a Friday morning because our sewer drain line was backing up into our cottage shower...yuk! He was out that afternoon and cleared out the line and was very informative with information on keeping the line clean. We would call them again.

Had a leaky shower faucet.. Called various plumbers in the area all within 3-4 days for service. Red Rooter were the only ones who called me back when they had a cancellation. Within the hour their 15 yr veteran Bud arrived and was able to solve & replace possibly a 40 year old shower handle... Bud (4th generation plumber) is a true expert and technician with great attention to detail. I highly recommend.
