Alex has helped me out twice already with two unrelated matters including AC / HVAC diagnosis and repair. As well as Plumbing diagnosis and repair.

I contacted Alex (owner) at Red Rock the night before the July 4th holiday because my AC was not working properly. He came out the next morning for no additional charge and he got it running, but also did a complete inspection and showed me what my real problem was. Alex and his guys came back the next day and did a thorough cleaning of my forced air unit which had never been done in 20 years. Now the AC is working super good and I also eliminated a major fire hazard in the winter. I highly recommend Alex and his team. He is honest, affordable, and easy to talk to. He is not pushy and just trying to upsell you things you probably don't need like the big companies do with their techs on commission. Thank you Alex!

First of all, I want to start off by telling you that the owner of this company Alex Garcia Is one of the most humble people I've ever met. On top of that he's very knowledgeable in his field and very professional in his services. I told him about a friend whose air conditioner had gone out and less than two minutes after I told him he said he would be there the same day and take care of the issue. He fixed the problem, and previously other HVAC companies had told this person that it was going to cost a lot more money and they were going to have to do more demolition to their home to fix the problem. That was not the case with Alex. He conducts himself with the utmost honesty and professionalism That I have ever seen in an air-conditioning company.

I truly appreciate Alex and all his help! I'm new to the area. He tried trouble shooting it with me over the phone in case it was a quick fix with my nest thermostat to try and save me money. It ended up being something more that required him coming to look at my A/C tonight. He was able to fix it and get my A/C back to cooling down my house. I highly recommend Alex!
