I called and scheduled an appointment. They said Wednesday at 10am to noon. I said great! When they didn't show up or call, I called them and they claimed that my appointment was for Noon-2pm and that I was their next appointment. At 2:10 pm I called back again, and they told me that he ""was on his way"" and they'd have him call me. It's 2:20, no call. Pretty disappointed that they couldn't just communicate with me about needing to reschedule.
BAD customer service from the receptionist as well. I could feel her rolling her eyes at me through the phone.

This co is the only one who returned my call for service for a leaking water heater. They came a couple of days later as promised and fixed my 3 year old water heater. They were very conscientious about their work and made sure there was no more keaking before they left. I will definitely recommend them, and Richard, as he has a wealth of knowledge.

This Company is a joke, I've used them once before and they were phenomenal, however now they cannot even find my address, they called me at the time scheduled and stated they could not make it, I would never ever recommend this company to anyone again. They don't even know their way around the town that they live in. It's a pretty sad company if you ask me!

Great guys. They did the plumbing on our newly built house and installed our water softener after the build was complete. Almost a year later and no plumbing problems. Fast. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

After having spent over $650 with our handyman and a water leak detection company, we called R.E.D. Plumbing to unearth and fix a leak in our main water line. But found there was no leak in our water main line, instead it was ground water.
They helped us diagnose and resolve our problem.

We can't recommend R.E.D. plumbing services enough! Logan fixed the kitchen faucet which even the home developers couldn't fix. Moreover, he installed our new shower heads and he showed us how to use the tool for the bathroom faucets to remove debris. His service was fast and friendly. Five stars!!
