The Good:
Adrian was fast to get back to me and even got one of his techs over within 30 min to an outdoor pipe leak I had on my property that my neighbor had alerted to running down the street really heavily.
They assessed the situation, eventually finding the broken pipe, and got it swapped out and finished by the end of the day. Cost was less than original quote due to the job not being as complicated as originally thought.
The Not So Good:
I was not at the property, so when I hire companies, I am pretty dependent on their good reviews,current licensing info, and their communication. Unfortunately, once I had been told the leak was found was complete radio silence. I had asked for photos showing just a little of progress (in case I needed anything for my insurance) and also any observations of what the leaking water had done or some kind of email (I know complete invoices take time and come later) of a rough estimate or breakdown of what was going to happen. From about 615 pm, there was no communication of the status or time estimate. As I knew the sun was setting, I reached out for an update again (also because if the water would have to remain off overnight, I would have to make arrangements for tenant)...nothing. At 11pm, I got an email from my neighbor telling me the water was still flowing down the hill. Again, I tried to call, text etc. Nothing. Finally I reached out here again and their social media guy was very nice but also unable to help or advise as he also could not do anything. At 1am, I finally had to just throw my hands up and go to sleep wondering if I needed to call another plumber in the morning to go see what was up.
I did receive a call and texts from Adrian in the morning that he thought he had sent updates but didn't...no huge apology. No real acknowledgment that the lack of communication was not a great look for any business. He did get that invoice in. I had hoped that he would make some kind of gesture in the price for dropping the communication need..the continuing leak was a DWP issue and they had been notified etc).
I'm not one to demand this or that, so I paid the invoice, and it's done. Except for this honest review. I've had my home there for over a decade and will always need a reliable plumber. The other folks I've hired my house, I've found thru Yelp, generally, have been great about keeping me in the loop. I wish this could be a total 5 stars. I wish them the best and am glad at least the job is done

Excellent service all around, starting from the quote, to the the actual work and service. As soon as Adrain stepped onto my property he already had all the proper ppe including covid19 ppe gloves, face mask etc. All and all he gave me a good quote and proceeded to get all my work done with him. If I ever need a plumbing job to get done around the house he is going to be my first call.

I was very worried about a leak i had in my garage , it was causing a lot of damage , i was nervous of who to call to fix it but I got to tell you , I am so happy I called Red Oak Rooter. A plummer by the name of Erick Rodriguez came to fix the leak , he was supper friendly , very professional and supper knowledgeable, He was very informative as well as patient with all my questions. Adrian responded very quickly to my SOS plumbing call. It wasn't a terrible emergency, but after trying to install a new wide spread faucet in my aging home, I realized that the project was going to require a retrofitting that I wasn't capable of doing without some heavy duty tools, experience, and patience - none of which I have. It's never easy to do these sorts of projects even with the proper tools in a quick time frame to get back to normal life, so I surrendered and called for help and Adrian arrived less than two hours later and rescued my DIY project.

Without much hesitation, Adrian got right into the job after seeing some of the obstacles that stopped me. He even had all the parts in his van so there was no wasted time driving to and waiting at Home Depot; that's a big bonus you may not realize at the start of these kinds of projects.

Adrian removed my old faucet fixtures, replaced some outdated valves and tubes underneath in the vanity cabinet, and even cleaned the vanity surface top before expertly installing the faucet. In the process, he was careful to prevent water damage to the cabinetry and took his time to make sure the job was done neatly. I appreciated that the most; he didn't seem like he was in a rush to get to the next job or cutting corners to hasten the process, and that made me feel like a respected customer. We chatted periodically throughout the job, and I like how his chill personality reassured me that he was fully present and focused, not trying to get going to the next thing on his schedule.

Very grateful that my plumbing project is done and that my family can return to using that bathroom. Even more thankful that there are honest people out there like Adrian who let their quality work do the talking and offer outstanding service with fair pricing. I've put his number into my contacts for the next plumbing problem that I can't solve. He's earned my trust and I don't have to worry about who to call and stress out whether I'm being conned. You may feel like going with another company with lots of reviews, but don't think that you're getting a ""junior varsity"" plumber just because his business is newer. He's a good man who works hard at building a reputable company one customer at a time. You should definitely contact Red Oak Rooter for any of your plumbing needs. I'm glad I gave them a chance and hope we don't need to call him right away or that often, but if need be, at least I know he's the right guy for the job.

First time ever running into plumbing problems. Didint know where to start. Came across red oak an glad I did. Had guest over for the weekend and needed someone to come on the drop of a dime at 7pm on a Friday night when is when I first noticed my shower an toilet wasn't draining right. Called other companies an they weren't able to make it out till the following Monday. I needed someone ASAP was able to come with in a hour an show me what was wrong an what needed to be done. Felt very comfortable with him an was very professional. Now for any plumbing service needs I will definitely be calling red oak again.

I have a big company event this weekend and my guest restroom sink was clogged. We tried everything could not get it unclogged.
