I loved my experience with the plumbing company. I had discovered a leak near my water tank in my garage. It was fixed in less than 15 mins and I'm a happy customer.

The timeline of events was awesome too. I called and left a message at the end of the day on Wednesday. They had someone over to me by Thursday afternoon AND they fixed my noisy toilet too with the extra spare time from the one hour minimum of work.

Happy camper all around. 10 stars. Would recommend to anyone.

When you call the company number you either talk directly with owner Steve W. or you leave a voicemail for him. The first thing you notice is Steve's accessibility and availability. I had to have a shower faucet valve replaced, started by a different company and not finished by them because they quoted a price to finish 3 times what every other plumber in town quoted. Steve sent Luis to do the job, and he was great and the job was done right. Next I wanted a very old and malfunctioning combi boiler taken out and a new standard hot water heater installed. Justin and Luis did that right too, and Steve remained actively involved, even coming by twice before hand to be sure of what needed to be done. And right before Xmas holiday too.
Let me put it this way, I've dealt with 3 plumbing companies in town, and the bottom line is this: call Steve at The Plumbing Company and relax, knowing you're getting the best available, at competitive pricing. Thanks Steve, and the guys.

The Plumbing Company staff worked with me to resolve confusion over work done by one of their plumbers. They were very responsive to my follow up calls and Justin was great to work with. He said several times, on two follow up visits, that they wanted me to be happy with their work. I give them 5 stars for their customer service focus.

Also, they were the only plumbers that made time the same day I contacted them to come out on a service call. Everyone else I contacted said they couldn't schedule an appointment until a week or more out.

Don't use this company. Did a sewer line scope a year ago for a home inspection and ""found nothing"", I bought the house and lo and behold there is a sewer line back up and now it turns out my entire sewer line, all the way to the street, needs to be replaced because of massive root invasion.

I agree with all of the very positive reviews for The Plumbing Company. Steve Walter takes the time to explain his equipment recommendations, looks out for customer value from those recommendations and answers any/all of your questions. He clearly takes customer satisfaction seriously. I should have written down the names of his crew as they deserve credit for their work, as well. They were very professional and pleasant, going above and beyond to answer all my questions, set-up the configuration of equipment/plumbing in the best way and helped me get up to speed on, for example, the swamp cooler in my new house.

We used a different plumbing company a few weeks ago. Although they had a lot of excellent reviews, they completely overcharged us and we also realized that only ONE thing that they worked on was actually fixed, and the rest were still a problem.

I was referred to Steve with The Plumbing Company and it's like night and day! Steve is so friendly and easy to get a hold of. Scheduling with him was super easy, the job was done quickly, and best of all everything works correctly! It's obvious that Steve runs his business based on quality work, honesty, and he provides excellent customer service.
