Never came by. Never heard from him again. Wasted my time waiting around when I could have had another company on the job.
Horrible way to run a business. SAVE TIME. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

Red Line Rooter did some work on one of our rentals. They call us with a quote after reviewing the work. We agree on the price. They finished the job that day.
Every was working without any issues. We receive the invoice in the mail approx. 4 days later. The price on the invoice was 30% higher then the quote. We when back any forth with them over the price. The problem was that there plumber miss quote the amount of work that was require to do the job. He never call us with a updated quote. His manager increase the price when he return back to the office. The Manager keep telling us that they will take us to court for the full invoice price. It took ne to explain them about what law say about companies who change the price without the consumers permission. And we agree to never use them again, which is not a problem for us.

I am extremely pleased with the service and response this business provided. Same day call and arrival. The technician was friendly, polite and very professional. We have an older condo in Yorba Linda with two bathrooms and both toilets were clogged. I was surprised at how quickly our issue was resolved. The tech worked quickly, efficiently and had the project completed in under an hour. Very affordable. Very courteous. I am happy with the outcome and am glad I can recommend them.
