we have used red lilly many times for various issues, from plumbing leaks to tough drain clogs. they're our go-to whenever we have a plumbing problem. always fast, responsive, professional, and get the job done properly for a reasonable price.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the job was just done on the day I am writing this review. So, I'm hoping the job was done well, and I won't tell until time passes by.

I reached out to four other vendors, one of which charges an estimate fee that I don't think businesses should do. These types of services are already expensive as it is, and paying an additional or losing $89 isn't ideal. However, they did charge by the hour, and I likely would have saved some money, but Edward, from Red Lilly, was the reason I chose them. I just got a great vibe from him. The first company I also reached out was cool, too, but I went with my gut. The third company's estimate was MUCH higher than Red Lilly.

The two technicians that came out were nice. I was disappointed that Edward didn't come back, but I understand that he dispatched his team. I'll be using them for another service as soon as I am able monetarily.

John Welsh and an assistant came and replaced our water heater this morning. They did a great, professional job, finishing quickly and efficiently, and had a friendly, good-natured attitude. Highly recommended. They really know their stuff.

On a Friday at rush hour my main line popped and sent gallons off water down the street. I called several companies who all seemed indiffent. Edward at Red Lilly came from downtown to see my house within an hour and promptly gave me an estimate. Edward knew what he was doing and showed up every time he said he would without excuses or delay. Exceptional service!!!!

GREAT SERVICE! The best!!
After the Gas Co. found a leak and turned off my gas, Charles from Red Lilly Plumbing came to the rescue. He found 7 leaks, and brought his crew to fix them the very same day. His workers, Guillermo and Wilbur were terrific. They arrived on time, were professional, efficient, cleaned up the work site, and were very polite. I couldn't have been luckier in my choice of gas plumber.

Red Lilly was fabulous! Sal was an expert at both sewage drains and storm drains. Really helped advise me on next steps and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Exceptional customer service from Sal and the office staff. I highly recommend and will be using Red Lilly in future. Great Communication too!
