Please look elsewhere for a trustworthy company. Cost of coming out to snake a clogged pipe in my kitchen sink was $275. Tried to tell me the clog was impossible to fix without tearing open my wall for an additional $1500. Another plumber came the next day and snaked the drain with no problem at all. Company then threatened to place a lien on my home without emailing me or leaving any voicemails for me. Bad experience and I would recommend you choose another plumbing company who won't try to take advantage.

Don't trust them. Always get second opinion. They came out on service to troubleshoot no hot water in the building. Gave me $1500 quote with a list of critical repairs on water heater.. Thought it was a bit pricy especially if the cost of new unit is 2k. Called another company. Tech told me gas switch on water heater line is off. Turned it in and hot water. Cost of service call. Don't trust red Lilly plumbing get second opinion. Not very ethical. Very disappointed.

We had a water leak from hot water supply copper pipe so called Red Lilly before 3:40pm Friday. The person named Michelle answered my call and she said she'll send a plumber. After waited over 40min, I called again to findout what's going on and she said they don't have anyone available. I was disapointed and frutrated by their (Red Lilly plumbing) irresponsible action. If they told me earlier, we could call someplace else to find a help which they didn't care. After some argument they sent two young plumber to fix our water leak, but they didn't have parts so they put some tapes to stop water for temporary. Next Monday they came back with right parts (two rubber gaskets and two copper fittings). They fix it and left. Following week, we received the invoice from Red Lilly for over $1,200 for two rubber gaskets, two copper fittings and two hours of labor. I called the company and left a message to speak to the manager. I'll update you guys after that.

I contacted Red Lilly for a leaky kitchen sink. Wesley was there on time and was quick to fix the problem. He didn't complain about the 30+ steps he had to walk up and down to get to my apartment. Thank you Wesley for the friendly customer service.

They were very fast to come out and the tech was awesome. Honestly, I know how to fix water heaters so I know what is fair or not. I could have replaced the control unit and burner assembly myself for around $300. I just didn't want to bother getting parts, etc. They charged $750 to replace the gas control unit which I do find pretty expensive but they did do a good job. The tech did have to drive to Glendale on a holiday to get the part so I guess it was OK. The service is top notch but be aware I think they are a little expensive but I also know it takes money to run a business so this one is a tough call. Good people are not cheap either. Again, the price is a tough call.

I can get a replacement control unit for $150 so the labor totaled $600 which for the replacement time and drive I guess is somewhat reasonable. Excellent company but just be aware they are not the cheapest.

I was in such a panic because water was coming nonstop out of both sinks, kitchen and bathroom. I phone six plumbing companies between 4 o'clock and 5 o'clock explaining my emergency and no one was able to assist me until the following morning or afternoon.

I was so fortunate that my tenant remembered red Lilly Plumbing, which was actually up the street in the same neighborhood. I immediately called and Michelle responded immediately to my urgent request for help. She took the situation seriously, which I was very grateful for. Even though they were busy, she manage to get someone to go out and take care of the problem within the half hour.

I am so grateful that they did an excellent job and fairly reasonable and very understanding. I will not hesitate to call them again for any kind of plumbing issues.

Kitchen and bathroom sinks started backing up out of the blue around 3:30 pm. Called landlord and she said she would try to get someone over ASAP. She called 20 minutes later and said the best she could do was 9am next day , mind you I'm watching my bathroom sink begin to spill onto floor with diaper scented water as she said this. She asked me if i had a friend or knew of any plumbing company i could send her info on. Living near Beverly and Union i was no stranger to the Red Lily fleet of work trucks when I'm on my way to work early morning. I sent her the contact information at 4:55pm and she called me back 3 minutes later saying someone would be there within 30 minutes. 23 minutes later Carlos was at my door. Could not have asked for anything more from this man! He assesed and executed everything like a top tier tradesmen. Thanks to him i can wash my hands, shower ,brush my teeth and hit the toilet tonight and that's priceless!

Red Lilly did the rough plumbing for my new main full bathroom. The workers were professional and kept the job site clean. They passed the city inspection easily. The inspector noted how great the work was without being prompted. Ed, the supervisor, is amazing. I highly recommend them!

Recently our toilets and shower was backing up and flooding the house. I contacted Red Lilly. Charles was nice enough to come to my house within few days and with use of his camera he properly diagnosed the sewer problem and provide us with a written estimate/contract. Charles sent a crew of specialist and over 2 days, they dug and removed clay piping and replaced it with 4"" ABS. Basically they rehabilitated the existing sewer line. They backfilled the excavated area and patched the concrete. Overall the job was done right, without hassle and professionally. I am very happy that I hired Red Lilly Plumbing.
