I call Red Lilly for my plumbing needs. The response time is immediate, while the customer service is tops! They are experts in plumbing. My new garbage disposal was installed and works great. I called when the water main leaked, causing my home to be without water. This was an emergency for my family. Red Lilly's plumber was a hero that day.

So happy with the service that Red Lilly Plumbing provided. I had terrible water pressure throughout my entire apartment and they came out to see what was wrong. They were on-time and willing to get the job done in a reasonable time. Now I have great water pressure and I even received a follow up to see how everything was running. Red Lilly is so great!! Joey was the plumber that came and he was so helpful, competent and personable. My shower drain has been driving me crazy and my building won't fix it as they say plumbing it's the tenants responsibility. So I had to call my own plumber and thank goodness I called Red Lilly - they took care if it quickly and affordably. They were also on time for the appointment which was a relief as I'm always so busy. I'd highly recommend them!

I had a major emergency break in the piping under my house and under my sidewalk going out to the street. This was a house built in 1924 and the old piping needed a complete overhaul. There was major wear and tear and root intrusion that another company hydro-jetted a few times and warned me would eventually need this kind of overhaul. My property managers did some research and Red Lilly came up as the best in the neighborhood. They came by and completely fixed it within a week of the pipes giving out. I found Harry to be especially thoughtful in explaining every steps of the process with me. It was a big job and it was pretty expensive so I needed to be clear about what the job entailed and why. Harry was great with me. Even in my need for photos and certain documentation for filing an insurance claim on it, Harry was extremely attentive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Red Lilly Plumbing.

This was such an unpleasant experience. I am still in shock. The man who came to my house, who claimed to be the owner, was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. They previously worked on pipes in my house, did an incomplete job, and when they came back to fix the issues, they continued to be the least thorough. I'm still having issues with my sewer lines, and they were still unable to fix the problems. They overcharge, show up late, and are unprofessional. Save yourself a headache. Hire someone else.

Needed emergency plumbing work done. Called them up, they gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, the plumber arrived when they said he would, he was efficient, courteous and patient with us. I was charged the amount I was quoted and am very satisfied with their service.

My first Yelp review & it's a bad one. Two employees from Red Lilly came to fix a leak. Not only was the job not done properly but my jewelry was missing after they left! (I always keep it in the same place & I noticed it was gone a few minutes after they left.) It was not expensive but still put a $500 hole in my pocket to replace. My manager notified Red Lilly but they did nothing. The only reason I didn't file a police report is because the plumbers looked shady & I was afraid of retaliation. If you are going to risk hiring these people please lock up anything of value, even if it doesn't look expensive. Apparently you need to stand over some people & make sure they don't take anything. Ugh.

Our 55-year old sewer line was clogged with roots. Giovanni and his crew did an excellent job replacing the clay pipe with modern seamless plastic pipe including a fiberglass liner in the 6"" line under the street out to the city main.

The work was done in a timely manner with modern equipment which minimized trenching. When the sewer was completed they did an outstanding job replacing my flagstone walkway and patching the concrete driveway where the holes were dug. Their price seemed fair. The crew was professional and friendly.

I would recommend Red Lilly to my friends and neighbors.
