STAY AWAY. this company is terrible. they are completely non responsive and unreliable. they initially came out to deal with a toilet leak into my unit. misdiagnosed the problem, incorrectly installed the wax ring. needless to say, the leaking was not resolved after 2 visits from them. i spent 10 days trying to get someone to come out again. The plumber who did the first service call said he would come out the day I called. I got completely ghosted. no phone call or text notifying me that they were unable to come out and no courtesy call to reschedule. I spent days trying to get in contact with him again and was ignored. After a week went by without a response, I contacted Brandon - the owner of the company. he said he would ""personally"" come out and fix the ongoing leak. He set up a time with me. again,I was completely ghosted by the OWNER of the company. it took multiple texts and voicemails to get a hold of him. it was obvious he couldn't care less. No apology. All he said was I'll ""try"" to come out today. I made it clear that it was not enough to ""try"" given that he promised he would personally come out and then ghosted me at the scheduled time and ignored me for days after he Failed to show up. His response was ok ""I will come out today."" once again NOTHING. No texts or calls. Just completely ignored. the entire situation was completely crazy and unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They also took WEEKS to send me an invoice after I already paid for the service at the time of the visit. very sketchy

What had taken 3 separate plumbers to try and fix, these guys were able to do in less than 3 hours! Can't thank Brandon and Manny enough for what turned out to be a quick and easy repair, as I had a leaky bathtub faucet that required replacing the faucet, handles and rough-in valves. These guys were professional, efficient and transparent throughout the process, and I could not be happier with the end result - no leaking! Would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with their plumbing issues, as the results speak for themselves!

Red Hot Plumbing is a must have plumbing service to use and retain for all your plumbing needs. This dynamic duo came out to service my sewag pump as it was consistantly pumping water, even though there was no water running anywhere in the home. They came out in minute, notified me when they were in route and resolved the repair in mimutes. if i could rate them higher I would. Great personality, great quality, great communicatio. I have already called them again.

Red Hot Plumbing was quick and responsive to my request for replacing the shutoff valve under one of my sinks. They also resecured two of the faucet handles that had come loose for no additional charge. They were also able to locate the dedicated water shutoff valve to my condo unit that a prior plumbing company was unable to. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

These guys don't know what they are doing at all.

I had an issue w/ my water heater. The indication light clearly communicated it was an issue w/ the safety intake filter. They spent a bunch of time at my house doing who knows what and they basically said it needs to be totally replaced.

From there they sent a quote of $3800 for a water heater...this is a laughable quote. Total bait and switch.

I had someone else come out, they came with the right parts and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Happy to share that company's name if you'd like but won't post it so this review doesn't look like an ad.

I needed to replace 3 bathroom sink fixtures. Manny and Brandon were very responsive and came within 24 hours to take a look and give an estimate. At first they said it would be about $1,200. I got a couple other quotes that were much lower. So they brought the price down to $900 ($300 for each sink). That was still higher than the other estimates, but I appreciate them trying to give me a fair price. They came back to do the job a couple days later and knocked it out in a few hours. They also did a couple other small plumbing jobs for free. They did great work and are great guys too.

Manny and Brandon are great! These two knocked out a water pipe replacement (galvanized to copper) in one day! The project included kitchen, bath, and laundry. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and speed. I was completely expecting to be without water for a night and the shower was back online in the evening. Manny came out for the quote, gave me a good competitive price in 3 hours, and began work the next morning at 7am. I will be going back to these guys for all my future plumbing needs. Also, these guys have great personalities and answer all your questions with ease. Hire these guys you won't be disappointed!
