Refreshingly honest and transparent. I was thinking of replacing my heating and water tank in the basement. Patrick arrived on time, didn't try to upsell me and told me not to replace things that are working as they are supposed to. Gave me options and told me he will get back to me on the estimates on the optional things I want done.
