I used Red D Plumbing to replace a galvanized hot water heater pipe per my home inspection. Since Red D Plumbing was in the neighborhood I decided to use them for convenience, plus they were recommended by my realtor - my mistake. They were one hour late to the appointment (which I had to take time off work for) and they replaced the pipe with used parts instead of one new length. I was using what I thought was a reputable plumber and paid without inspecting - lesson learned. I left 3 phone messages about correcting the problem and never received a call back. The length of pipe appeared to be in better shape before they came and charged it to three pieces of used parts. I will never recommend or use this company again.

Great guys, do what is necessary, give you honest work for an honest price. Back up their work, too, strange in this day and age! Give clear information on the issue, and listen really well to what the customer wants/needs.

Once again Red D Plumbing proved we made the right choice to call them again. He installed a water heater awhile back and was quick and professional. Today, on short notice (as we were ""repeat customers"") he came out and replaced our tub faucet. We have had nothing but good, reliable service and see no reason to call anyone else. Yea I'm a regular guy out here, and no I do not personally know these guys. I just wanted to take a moment and thank Red D here on Yelp...

I actually had the worst experience ever with this company. I had major plumbing issues which required most of my plumbing having to be redone. Not only did they not get a permit, but the job took forever (almost 3 months) to get completed. Their man would show up at 11 go to lunch at 12 then leave to pick up his kid around 2:30...wonder why it took so long. Finally I had to get another plumbing company in to complete the job and after having the City inspect it found that no permit had been pulled and that part of the work was done wrong and had to be redone. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Rates very high! Hired Red D to connect dishwasher, disposal, new facet, and ice maker. Labor alone was $450 ($100 for 4.5 hours of work) and took two visits to complete. Won't call again.
