I had a major main water break on my property last week. I had to shut the Water off at the main. I had four estimates and this company was by far the best price. They came on time and worked hard to fix the problem. Had to replace whole line to house and Sandy explained everything that needed to be done. They all had mask on and was respectful to house and landscape. Can't say enough great things about this company.

David recently did a great job cleaning out the drain on my balcony. I initially called Red Cedar to get some advice about how to handle an improperly installed drain that was causing a leak below the balcony and then also asked about what to do to flush out some small rocks I accidentally dropped down the drain. He offered some very reasonable and practical suggestions about what to do about the leak and also flushed down my drain on the spot, all at a reasonable price. He was also very polite and very conscientious about cleaning up after himself. Will definitely consider this company in the future for any plumbing work.

A leak was discovered in my water main line that got worse very quickly causing me to shut the water off to my home. I have a wife and two small children at home and finding someone to repair this quickly and reasonably priced was very stressful. I contacted at least 6 different local plumbing companies and Red Cedar had the best prices BY FAR.. and don't be fooled by the price because the quality was top notch! I was without water in my home right before the 4th of July weekend and they were able to come on short notice and finished up in one afternoon a day earlier than anticipated! They replaced the entire main line from the street to my home and I was so grateful for the way they handled everything and the cost was very affordable and reasonable. Great group of guys that came to my home and you can tell they know what they are doing. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

My mother in law's called and told me she had an emergency this morning. She said her toilet was flooding her condo. She turned off all water sources and the water kept rising. We decided that this was an emergency and decided we needed to find a plumber quickly. We sent out quote for requests and within five minutes Red Cedar was the fastest to respond and they had a technician come out right away. The technician knew what he was doing, he was courteous, hard working and trustworthy. As it turned out, the source of the problem was not within our unit. So, the HOA decided to hire a plumber to fix the root of the problem. We will be sure to call Red Cedar in the future if we every need help again!

I have used Red Cedar twice now on two different projects. The first one was a long sewer line from my house under my front walkway back in July 2017. Sandeep had the best prices and understood that my plants needed to be respected during the work! He even had his crew add compost to the fill near the roots of those that were cut in the process. No harm came to them and they are still healthy and happy. There has been no issues with that first job. Fast forward three years and I am selling the house. The inspection found a different section of sewer line that had broken. One call to Red Cedar and Sandeep showed up the next day, right before Memorial Day Weekend. He called over the weekend to confirm schedules and adjust for showings. The work was done in one day and the place was left clean and tidy. No more issues and the new owner can have peace of mind that the house has been well taken care of over the years!

My condo building has a history of plumbing issues. I'm constantly getting condo board memos outlining what to not put down drains which basically boils down to water only. When I called Red Cedar to come in and unplug my shower drain they brought the right equipment and knowledge to take care of the problem. Being able to be fitted into their busy schedule was also a plus. I'm planning a couple of bathroom remodels this year and I will be contacting them to do the plumbing work. If you're looking for a local plumber who is skilled, knowledgeable and charges a reasonable price check them out.

Don't trust their 24/7 claims. False. I called them on a Friday to attend to a leaky kitchen faucet and they said they would get back. No response. I called them again Saturday and got a 'sorry I forgot and will soon get back'. Sure an hour later I was told no plumber was available to fix the faucet. What about Monday I asked and the response was no one would be available! When then does the website say 24/ if even 48-72 hour notice can't be handled?

What I experienced was customer apathy, unwillingness to solve the problem and gross inability to even come up with options!

Plumbing can be an emergency many a time. Forget 24 if a Plumbing firm cannot even turnaround in 48 hours or make a commitment to turnaround within 72 hours - should they be in the business of plumbing?
