Don't trust their 24/7 claims. False. I called them on a Friday to attend to a leaky kitchen faucet and they said they would get back. No response. I called them again Saturday and got a 'sorry I forgot and will soon get back'. Sure an hour later I was told no plumber was available to fix the faucet. What about Monday I asked and the response was no one would be available! When then does the website say 24/ if even 48-72 hour notice can't be handled?

What I experienced was customer apathy, unwillingness to solve the problem and gross inability to even come up with options!

Plumbing can be an emergency many a time. Forget 24 if a Plumbing firm cannot even turnaround in 48 hours or make a commitment to turnaround within 72 hours - should they be in the business of plumbing?

Fantastic service from Red Cedar Plumbing. We had partially blocked sewer line and the problem was quickly diagnosed and cleared. Appreciated the fair prices for services. Will definitely use Red Cedar Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We've called them for problems big and small, and they've been prompt, helpful, and very fair. They fixed our sewer line last year when it was backing up into our shower, and handled all the clean-up too (was so thankful not to have to deal with that), and took the time to thoroughly explain what they needed to fix and why it was breaking in the first place, both on that trip and for subsequent calls too. We're very glad we found them!

Sandpeep, the owner is knowledgeable, reliable, and takes great pride in the quality of his work and an overall high level of service. The nuts and bolts of plumbing depends a great deal on the breadth of experience. While Sandpeep has not experienced everything, he is still and very good and will only get better as he acquires more experience. Most importantly, he has a high level of personal and professional integrity, what I deem an honorable person. He has earned my respect as person and trust as my go to plumber.

Excellent service! I called the lady and she got in touch with her plumber right away. We had a plumber come out in under 2 hours to fix a clogged sink. David, the plumber worked fast and efficiently and explained the issue we had. He also cleaned up well, covered his shoes when he walked into the house and used thick mats and towels to keep the area clean. We used a coupon we found on Angie's list and the price seemed fair for the work done. He gave us a six month guarantee for the work performed. Good service!

I did some research, called around and was very happy to find Red Cedar. They are not a large, well known brand that charges crazy prices, but rather a small, independent company that gives honest and fair pricing and is meticulous about their work. I had Sandy work on installing my sink and he was very thoughtful about explaining the process to me and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. I would recommend this company for sure.

Sandeep was excellent at assessing the issue at our home! He came out in the evening on a Friday due to the urgency of the problem (flooding). Since he needed some parts, he returned the following day (Saturday) on a Holiday weekend (and it was his birthday) to complete the work. Since our home is old, and plumbing can be fickle, it is critical you get a plumber that knows how to identify what is really happening. Sandeep clearly knew how to work on older plumbing. I HIGHLY recommend Red Cedar Plumbing and I've referred them a few times since our service.

I didn't get past the person who answered the phone. She asked me to text her my contact info, which I thought was odd. She had me on the phone live. Why not just ask me for it then? So, I hung up and messaged my contact info to the number I used to call her. I get a call back from her about 60 minutes later saying she didn't get my text. Turns out she had two main numbers, one of which couldn't receive text messages. Hmmm...

She apologized. And then she asked me, while on the phone with her, to take down her other number so that I could text message her my contact info after we hung up? Just seemed like a mess right from the start. So, I told her I'd take my business elsewhere.

Red Cedar was a longshot after calling 5 other companies pre-thanksgiving who were all booked out for the week. I had a drain block in an emergency situation, and the end price for the rooter was great value compared to other quotes i had gotten. He also gave me a deal to run a scope down the line and was very knowledgeable on showing me where problems can be. There was a lot of rust in the line at the top, and he said if it happened again to ask for a ""jetter"" for high pressure breakup of the rust next time. Definitely worth a call!
