Red Cedar pretended to do a full repipe on my house on 2/10/24. I paid a $1000 deposit on 1/31/24. They tried to scam me for a $10,000 fake job. I was lied to about needing a permit. Their crew pretended to run a new mainline, digging up a line of dirt in my yard, putting on a big show, without running any new pipes. My yard has since been dug up and nothing found there. In addition, I saved the video footage from my security cameras to reveal the truth. I also took photos showing this facade in progress. They told me the kitchen and one bathroom had been repiped, however after a professional inspection it was found that they lied about that as well. I still have old galvanized pipes everywhere except my laundry room where the pipes are exposed (much harder to fake). Autie, the company representative, has been unavailable for questions or help after the job was finished. I made a complaint to the BBB and to the office of the Attorney General of Washington State. I welcome the opportunity to take these scammers to court and hold them accountable for their actions.

I will always work with Red Cedar Plumbing. Sandeep, Adam and Mike are all incredible at what they do. They are professional, fast and always get the job done. We have an older house that has had many plumbing issues, and these guys can fix anything! I also have to mention the very kind ladies in the office, Harpreet and Ashley. They are so personable, professional and charming. They truly care about their customers. 5 stars all the way!

Although my fix wasn't that big of a deal, Sandeep was very helpful in completing the job, but also taking time out to discuss issues or concerns that may arise in the future. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and warm. Another great thing about the company is that I called them the evening before and were able to come by the next day and at a fair price. Thank you Sandeep and will look forward to using this company again for future products.

I give them 1 star because they won't accept responsibility for their errors, try to blame someone else, don't follow thru with calls, permits, etc. What should have taken a week at most has turned into a 3 month+ aggravating situation. They have been fined by L&I for errors, lagged to repair, didn't follow thru for a final inspection, was short with us on the phone and over-all unprofessional.
They have been a sub-contractor for Repipe Specialists, who should not be rated because of Red Cedar's lack of professionalism. Repipe has been wonderful working with us thru this whole ordeal. It really has been a nightmare.

Last week, I woke up to a leak in the kitchen. Water all over the floor! Called RCPAD. The person on the phone was so pleasant and reassuring. Within a few hours, Adam arrived and had it fixed in no time. He was professional and efficient. While I hope I don't need to call a plumber again, I would definitely call RCPAD.

I first used Red Cedar to replumb and modernize (most) of my 1960s house. They also have replaced the water heater and added a new bathroom and gas line to my stove. I stopped even asking for quotes in advance as I trust they treat me fairly. Once the owner Sandeep refused work and referred me to a competitor because they did not own the right tool to get the job done right! 10/10

We are grateful to Sandeep and Red Cedar Plumbing. They were scheduled to be at our house on a Monday, when our plumbing started to back up the Saturday before. We thought we shouldn't trouble Sandeep and his team, as they were there to do a different job (a repipe), so we had called in another company to investigate the backup. Sandeep tastefully let us know that he had the needed equipment in his truck and could offer to help us on the backup concurrently with the repipe project. His pricing was really fair and he seems to be a person practicing The Golden Rule- he treated us the way we appreciated being treated. He gave unplanned time to us for several days beyond the repiping job, in order to complete the work needed on the sewer backup job. It was a stressful situation but he made it better for us than we feel it would have been using one of the big box companies. We recommend Red Cedar.
