Don't bother calling!! You set an appt and they No Call No Show!
After the appt window closed, I called to see why they didn't show. A woman named Laurie was like "" Oh yeah. We had a couple emergency appointments that went over. Do you want to reschedule?"" Reschedule??? How about a courtesy call letting me now this information?!! Instead you say nothing! I waste away my valuable morning and then have to call you to see what the deal is!! Do I want to reschedule? NO THANKS!! I'd rather pay a little more for better customer service!!

We had house guests over the holidays, and luck would have it, the guest bathroom shower started spewing water from the knob. I called Red Carpet Plumbing that night and they were out first thing in the morning like they promised. It was Clint who showed up and he had it fixed within an hour. It was awesome!

They showed up when they said they would, provided an estimate, and quickly complete the job! They have repaired 2 showers and replaced a water heater for me. I highly recommend them because they simply do what they say they are going to do - no surprises!

Water leak recurring in the middle of the kitchen floor for several days (no originating source ID). I thought a pipe break under flooring was the culprit, but after some investigation, Clint found the slow-leak from the refrig ice maker (problem solved; repair bill reasonable). I was so impressed, I found several other potential plumbing jobs in 2 bathrooms.

I recently made a service call to Red Carpet plumbing. The service technician, Clint, completed the job satisfactorily but what set him apart was his follow up on a unusual piece of equipment in the house. When he told me he would research the issue and get back to me, I thought that it would end there. To my surprise, Clint did call the next day with the explanation on how that unit worked and why it was configured as it was. Other than being helpful, he had no reason to take that extra time for our benefit and we truly appreciate his effort.

Insanely rude. They came out for a gas line install estimate and I told them I only have a gas dryer now but I wanted a gas pipe thick enough to accommodate future appliances, so I wanted 1 and a 1/4 inch pipe which is well over what I currently need. He said I need the btus of all the appliances. I said I only have the dryer and dont know what Ill have/need in the future so I dont have the others. He told me then call someone else because he needed all of them and I wasnt giving them to him then got in his van and left, and this is supposedly their field supervisor delivering their ""treat you like royalty"" experience, Ive never been treated so rudely in my life by service personnel. I guess since he was a boss he has the ability to spit on potential customers and no one will blink twice. Its amazing how I was able to get quotes from goettl, larkin, and Several other local and national chains with no problems.They even measured and had usage charts. This guy wouldnt even take measurements! He had no intention of helping me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I was pleased and so relieved to find a plumber that wasnt going to be a nightmare to do business with.
The office gal was so pleasant. They communicated with well & met my special needs. Having hot water is a priority for my home.
They responded so professionally & honest.
I would recommend them. It was a relief to find them.

we hired this hack plumbing company they gave us a quote,ripped my house apart, stole our money with out repairing what they were called for, and then wanted to charge us approx.$17000. to finish.So to ad fuel to the fire, Bob Wilson the owner comes to see the job and threatens me that he has $20,000 dollars in his legal war chest to fight me if i sued them!!!'Dang!!!!what a way of doing business! Folks, stay away from this company. Stay tuned will be adding more.......
Here i am adding more,we ended up using vegas valley plumbers who did a great job repairing and couldn't believe the job Red Carpet did.to add more to my rage i contacted the state contractors board.Ron Simon came to see the job and the shambles Red Carpet had left me in. They took the report and pictures. He assured me we had a case and we were going to get our home put back together and that he was going after them.6 months later the contractors board tells me sorry can't help you.But we did fine them for not pulling a permit!!!! In other words your screwed! The contractors board is self supporting and had to get their quotas for the month and being able to
fine this company seems to make their threshold.
Please read the letter from Julio Sabata. Did someone get paid off? I'm not going to drop this.If anyone needs my testimony against Red Carpet plumbing and the contractors board please email me at [email protected]. When I get enough people together, we will close this company down!!!!!

I cannot praise this company enough. I have used them 3 times over the last seven years. They are great! They fix the problem, are professional, with reasonable prices. They show up when they say they will. If possible I would give them 10 stars. They are the best plumber in Las Vegas!! Thank you so much for your services yesterday.

These guys are awesome. Nobody ever calls a plumber for fun... it's always when the....well..... poop hits the fan. Every time I've called Red Carpet they've been responsive, up front with pricing, and very professional. I like local places who are working to be simply locally good businesses - and Red Carpet doesn't disappoint. Well done.

Don't even waste your time calling them, they will cancel your appointment last minute.
They've done that to me 2 days in row even when I told them I have no hot water.
Very unprofessional, and when you tell them you're not satisfied with their awful customer service, "" they do what they've been told to do "". Oh waow, too bad we can not leave 0 star.
