Called Red & Blue Services past Friday at 9 a.m. and spoke to tech. Craig, regarding hot water heater not working at one of my rental properties. Explained renters had two young kids and I didn't want to leave them hanging over the weekend. He shared he could be out by evening and ended up there before 4 p.m. He had to order two parts for pickup in Stafford, VA, later Friday evening, after visual assessment that evening and come back following morning to fix and fire back up hot water heater. Problem solved. He made not one mention of it being an older model and/or suggest I change out as that has been my previous experiences with other companies. And, at 8 a.m. today (Monday), tech. Craig texted me making sure everything is still good as he knew my main concern of renter's kids and cold weather.

The level of service and follow thru he/Red & Blue Services have had with me and with only placing two services calls in the past 2 years, both of which were minor tickets happening before or on the weekend, is truly remarkable and can't thank him enough for being super prompt and driving on a Friday night to get a part to replace following morning. Not to mention, I was anticipating an emergency or extra cost for afterhours/holiday weekend, and got an invoice less that expected. Highly recommend as he is truthful, efficient, very knowledgeable of gas and electric water heaters and over deliveries on follow thru when some other companies would postpone completion of service until nonholiday or weekend day.

Horrible company!!! ZERO Stars!!! Referred by my hot water heater manufacturer. Called office and left messages. Called Craig and left VM. No response after 1 week!!! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional!!! UNRESPONSIVE!!! Same unprofessional experience as Megan A. and Mister P.

Very unprofessional to work with. My Fridge is broken since November 2022 and they received the parts in Dec 1st. Today is January 7 and contractor cancelled appointments several times. Very unprofessional to work with. I am cancelling their service. I have cleared my fridge and turned power off for their work and all my food items are now spoiled. Waste of time and your money !

I have no idea if he's a good plumber or not. He is the authorized repair person for State water heaters. State gave me an authorization number to use with red & blue to fix the water heater that will not heat the water and higher than 120 degrees. Craig came out, looked at the heater and said it needed a new thermostat. After a week of waiting I called and left a message asking when I could expect him to come out and make the repair. My call was returned by his office person who told me he wouldn't be coming to fix the heater because he did a lot of work for State and didn't want to do anything counter to what they wanted.

Craig with Red & Blue Services LLC is the best plumber I have ever used. He literally saved the Thanksgiving holiday for us by installing a new ejector pump and hot water elements hours before the arrival of our guests! From his expert knowledge to his quality installation, I will be recommending him to all of my friends and neighbors.

Highly unprofessional. We secured an appointment for this Friday and they called me a Wednesday night to tell me that their technician was taking the day off on Friday and were not going to make our appointment. I had taken the day off to be home for our appointment. They then told me they would come on Thursday and I told them that would not be possible since I would be at work and could not take the day off. This was made very clear. Then he calls me on Thurdday to tell me he was 10 minutes away when we had already spoken about this the night before. I told him I was only avaialble on Friday and since he decided to let his only technician take the day off, I would not be using his services. These people are completely unprofessional and disorganzied. I'm so glad that this didn't work out. I cannot imagine what they would have done to my applicance if they had come to fix it. Unreliable company, stay away.

We called Red & Blue Services in the morning and made an appointment for the them to come out for a plumbing service call as we were not getting hot water from the water heater. He said he would be here later in the day around 3 or 4pm. I left work early so could be home in case he arrived early.

Right at 2pm he sent me a text that he can't make it and gave no reason. I text him back to see if he could tomorrow but he never replied. How unprofessional! Would never recommend them as they wasted half my day and caused me to use 1/2 day of my vacation time at work.

Craig came to repair a botched install of a water heater for me. He was thorough in diagnosing and rebuilding my water heater. I can't recommend him enough. He checked that all faucets were working correctly and had hot water before he left. He even checked the next day to make sure everything was ok. He's efficient and professional. I will definitely use his services again.
