Company Overview

I launched my plumbing business after finishing my Master Plumbing Apprenticeship in November 2023. I am developing my plumbing company from the ground up, focusing on every crucial aspect that contributes to a standout business. My goal is to foster enduring relationships through honest, fair, and high-quality work, while also reviving a long-lost commitment to integrity, open communication, and transparency.

My approach to business is inspired by my childhood memories. In my youth, my Grandfather would always hire the same tradespeople, whether they were plumbers or electricians, which created a bond of familiarity. Their visits felt like welcoming an old friend into the home. They were familiar with the house and my Grandfather, and that connection made a strong impact on me. I aim to revive that sense of connection in our contemporary society.

“Red Bird Reliable” is inspired by the Cardinal, a symbol that has taken on deep meaning for me after losing my cherished daughter, Jolie Cash Garmon, to an accidental Fentanyl overdose in March 2023. Knowing how proud she would be motivates me every day. Venturing into self-employment is intimidating, yet I view it as a tribute to her memory. I eagerly anticipate what the future has in store.
