Company Overview

I launched my plumbing business after finishing my Master Plumbing Apprenticeship in November 2023. I am developing my business from the ground up, focusing on every key element I’ve identified as crucial for success and differentiation. I aim to create strong relationships by providing honest, fair, and quality plumbing services, while also bringing back a sense of integrity, open dialogue, and transparency.

My approach to business is inspired by my childhood memories. When my Grandfather hired a tradesperson, whether it was a plumber or electrician, it was always the same person. It seemed to me that when they came to his house, it was like an old friend was stopping by. They understood the home, knew my Grandfather well, and that familiarity made a strong impact on me. I want to bring that personal touch back into our modern world.

“Red Bird Reliable” refers to the Cardinal, a symbol that has become significant in my life after the tragic loss of my beloved daughter, Jolie Cash Garmon, to an accidental Fentanyl overdose in March 2023. Knowing how proud she would be of my journey fuels my motivation. Taking the leap into self-employment is daunting, but it’s one of the many ways I plan to honor her memory.
