Company Overview

In November 2023, I completed my Master Plumbing Apprenticeship and started my own plumbing business. I am developing my business from the ground up, focusing on every key element I’ve identified as crucial for success and differentiation. I strive to cultivate lasting connections through reliable, fair, and quality service, while reestablishing a commitment to integrity, clear communication, and transparency.

The foundation of my business model is rooted in my early experiences. When my Grandfather hired a tradesperson, whether it was a plumber or electrician, it was always the same person. To me, it felt like an old friend was visiting when they arrived at his home. They understood the home, knew my Grandfather well, and that familiarity made a strong impact on me. I want to bring that personal touch back into our modern world.

The name “Red Bird Reliable” is inspired by the Cardinal, which has taken on deep meaning for me following the loss of my cherished daughter, Jolie Cash Garmon, to an accidental Fentanyl overdose in March 2023. The thought of how proud she would be drives me forward. Embracing self-employment is a challenging step, but it’s one of the many ways I intend to celebrate her legacy.
