Wanda who called me back the Monday after I reached out on the weekend via email, was fabulous, to sending Steve their HVAC repairman out was just awesome. Steve explained everything to me, which was deeply appreciated,and I must say, UNLIKE almost EVERY other company that has come out, Steve was honest and did not try to take advantage of charges. So many times when a woman calls a company, they get taken advantage of. What a nice change! WOW what can I say. Got the lead on Red Bear Mechanical from Jerry of Jolt Electric, another awesome company. Called Red Bear and they quoted a three head split system. Had 6 quotes and they were one that was most reasonable.

The team that was dispatched to do the install were awesome. Very personable and very professional. They took their time and were very thorough.

The only hiccup was when they were cleaning up some sheet rock dust with the shop vac there was no filter on the on it so sheet rock dust went everywhere in the room LOL. They identified the problem, installed a filter and cleaned the entire room from top to bottom. To be honest it was cleaner after they cleaned it from what it was before.

If you need HVAC work these are the folks to call. I know I will.
