The two guys who worked on my house were punctual, incredibly respectful, curious, and kind, and they did a great job. They made suggestions to replace a sink, and found exactly what I needed, and the best part is that my leaky tub faucet issue has finally been resolved, because they thought outside the box, to figure out an ongoing issue, saving me a lot of money in the long run! I'll definitely use them again!

I have used Red Baron on several occasions with varying results. The job was the same on all of the visits, gutter cleaning. Twice the crews were prompt, worked efficiently and provided good results. But one time a crew member found my simple requests difficult to deal with and I was hesitant to use Red Baron again. Once I expressed my concern with management it was quickly remedied and I continue to use Red Baron.
I strongly suggest you be very specific on what you need done and if you have any special requests prior to the job.

This is the first time I have ever left a negative review. I have tried to use Red Baron three times. The first time I hired them to power wash my patio. Everything went well. The worker arrived on time and did a great job. A few months later, I called and requested three workers for four hours each to help me unload an attic and move some furniture. I took a day off work to be home. They sent two workers, who could only stay three hours. Needless to say, the job wasn't completed. We rescheduled for a Monday a few weeks later. I was ""promised"" two workers who each would be available for 6 hours. I again scheduled a day off work. I was contacted at 3 pm today (Friday) that no one would be available to work on Monday as I had been ""promised"". So - I again took a day off work and no one will be showing up. I will not be rescheduling.

Pricey. 2 Men arrived shortly after 2pm, then left for materials (shouldn't the guy who estimated the job have clued them in on this?) They returned just before 3, with dirt, 4 pavers and gutter extension. They leveled A/C unit, re-routed bottom of gutter to drain away from unit and were finished before 4. Cost $475. No senior discount. Charge 3.5% if you use charge card.
Nice guys, did a good job, however price seems high for what they did. Others telling me this is twice the price I should have been charged. I miss my independent handyman, Don Rowan, who passed away last January. Any recommendations?

Needed some projects completed and knew that I would not be able to do it myself. With so many options I wanted to make sure to hire a company that would do the work correctly and efficiently. Was very happy to secure services with Red Baron Enterprises once my call was answered after hours to inquire on how to get started and setting a plan with the office admin was a breeze. Of course, one the team was here to get started they were professional and worked quickly to get my projects done in a timely manner.

I called Red Baron about a few weeks ago due to our very minor, though unidentifiable to me roof leak I was having. From the time I called the office, the ladies understood the urgency of my request, as my home has a lot of custom finish carpentry in it. The RB roofing specialist crew came out next day, and identified the area within a couple minutes. I did not trust anyone else in the Pointes to come out, as I know RB team will always stand behind their work.
After identifying the very small area, they applied a special epoxy roof coating to the area, and we do not have an active leak since then.
I also appreciated the 2 follow up calls I received from the RB office to see if my problem has been remedied.

Respectful and professional. They got the job done and I have had no issues. My only complaint is that they could of got the job done alot quicker than they did. As a result my bill was a couple hundred dollars more than it should of been as they charge by the hour.

I have had them do work for me several times. These guys are awesome! Most recently they hung 4 light Fixtures, mounted a wall sculpture and hung some new house numbers for me. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and with high quality.

Last year I hired them to rebuild my deck and do some plumbing. Also superb!

I will absolutely call them for my next project.
