Prior to tiling my backyard patio, I had been informed I needed to change the drainage system. One plumbing company had come out and quoted me $2500 to do the job.
A good friend suggested I give Reckon and Reckon a call.
Thank goodness I did. Very courteous and prompt. More importantly extremely knowledgeable. Victor spent a good amount of time checking the drainage of my entire deck and concluded that it would be best to leave it as it was and not to change a thing. IT WAS FINE. I can't wait to have a real plumbing problem because I know I will be treated fairly.

Continuing my great experiences with Reckon & Reckon Plumbing! I found a water leak under my house and had to shut off the water. I called called in the morning and they said that they could squeeze me in the afternoon but may not be able to address it right then depending upon the situation. Soon after, they called me back and said Victor could stop by just after noon, much earlier than expected. Victor and Steve arrived and they were able to diagnose the problem and give me a couple options of how the condition could be repaired. I picked one, and they made the repair in just over 30 minutes. Fantastic, as always with Reckon & Reckon Plumbing! Friendly, knowledgable, quick and clean.

Don't waste your time with this plumber. I had Victor came to my house to fix pipe leak under slab. He was not only playing game with me to take the money without fixing but also not knowledgeable.
First he made me to wait 7 days to come. After he finally came, he brought leak detector and together gave me couple of time very inaccurate evaluation of location of pipes. For example he said the location of your hot water pipe is right below the cold water pipe under slap. Thanks god I had picture of the pipe from last time that was showing very clearly his information was totally inaccurate.

He refused to come and see the area to give me his estimate. He gave estimate on phone low end to high end with $1000 range different. When he finally gave his final estimate at house, he gave very high end price and refused to lower it. Due to lack of water and urgency I had no time to wait for another plumber, so I accepted even that high estimate. He put a bill in front of me for showing up to give his estimate and cost of his leak detector and said he can't fix the leak but you have to pay me. I think he didn't even know how to fix it or perhaps he was playing game to just rub me.

Usually the pipe detector provides the location map of pipes and leak marked. After he took the full payment for it, he refused to provide part of information the leak detector gave him. This is extremely indent company.

Today I called another plumber and they did fantastic job and fix the leak in a day perfectly and smoothly. I regret so much wasted my money and time on Reckon and reckon pluming company.

I love this plumbing company. First of all, the owner is the nicest guy. He follows up personally after jobs when it is necessary. All the guys he sends out are completely competent, honest, efficient, and do the job right. They come quickly, are easy to schedule with, and are fairly priced. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the reaction we received from Reckon & Reckon as a result of the mistake they made with our plumbing. The top Management of the Company and the Plumber were very unprofessional and unwilling to accept any responsibility fro a major leak that occurred the first time we used our newly remodeled Master Bathroom, although the leak repairs will cost us over $500.00. We have been Reckon & Reckon customers for over 20 years, and due to their lack of accountability and because of their unprofessional attitude regarding this issue we will never use the Company again.

Sunday is always a bit dicey to call for a plumber. I had a backed up toilet and I wanted it fixed ASAP.

I left a message on the answering machine and as promised got a return call within 20 minutes. Was told by the answering plumber that I would have someone out to my house within two hours. Within an hour a plumber was at my door and within 25 minutes cleared the problem. It was expensive but when it's a Sunday and you want the job done I suppose it was inexpensive. Had I gotten a quote, which I did not, I still would have done the job.

It's nice to know there are people you can rely on.
