Flat out awful. Rip off central. Found 3 other local HVAC companies who charge much less and are actually more trustworthy than these clowns. Stay away!

Stay away, they are thieves. I had a problem with my ac system, i made a appt and asked hoe much does it cost to diagnose the problem. The person told me $ 95 plus tax, if I do the repair, they take it off the bill. The guy came and asked to check my Thermostat, he said it was ok. He than said if I want them to diagnose the problem, it would be a $ 180 diagnostic fee. I said ok. He went into my attic, and came out 10 minutes later saying the motor needs to be replaced. He said he will call and get the price of the motor. 10 minutes later, he said it would cost $ 3200 to change the motor. I threw him out. The next day, got another company that said the condensor was bad and charged me $ 179 to change it. Now working good. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Called for an issue with boiler... appraisal alone was $250 and hanged a sign on my boiler pretty much saying ""this house will explode if you use it"" asking me to replace it.
That same afternoon we called another professional who took of the sign and for $100 bucks fixed the issue.

I have to modify my initial review, which based on the events at the time from my perspective, was accurate. When my review caught the attention of Rebmann they were somewhat at a loss as to what I was referring to. Apparently the paperwork associated with my request, initial dealings and promised followup with them fell through the cracks. When they looked into the matter and realized what had happened they immediately reached out to me to make things right. They did not have to do this and, if they were not reputable, they would not have. But they did reach out, assured me that what happened was a fluke and in no way was reflective of how they conduct themselves as a business.

Rebmann made things right and I take them at their word that this was just a rare unfortunate incident.

I am completely satisfied with the actions they took to remedy my situation and removed my initial review.

My Central A/C unit broke down on the hottest day of the Summer! It was right before the Labor Day Holiday. They sent Luis to diagnose the problem, and he took pictures of great rust and mold within the unit that had developed in the attic! So we decided to listen to Scott A. and realized that after 20 years plus, it was time to just invest in a new Trane unit! We feel we got our money's worth. They were able to come that afternoon to install it. By the end of the day, we had a nice restored cool house and were very grateful that Rebmann has such a great team in Carlos, Antonio, Cesar and Edwin! Carlos supervised the project and it was done very quickly and competently given the situation! They are a great crew! Thank you so much for such an outstanding job! We would highly recommend this company to all friends and family members!

I called Rebmann for an issue with my heat boiler. The receptionist that booked my appt told me there is no service charge for the tech to come out and diagnosed the problem. They will quote what needs to be done and if I didn't want to proceed with the work, we part ways no charge. Well the repair guy Paul quoted me $900 for a part that cost $100 online so I didn't want him to do the work. He tells me it's $200 PLUS TAX for diagnostic and troubleshooting! I had to pick up my kid so I had to pay just to get him out of the house! Beware!!

I wonder if anyone else has ever gotten billed twice. It's not the first time this has happened with them. Maybe we shouldn't have payed the guy who comes to the house. Should have just wait for the bill to come in the mail. Impressive work though, I have to say.

During the recent cold snap that we had I was having issues with heat not being supplied to my townhouse. I called Rebmann and they had a tech (Dave) at my house the very next day. I was impressed since I'm sure they had many customers with frozen pipes to deal with.
Within short time Dave had me up and running.
I was very impressed with his professionalism and neatness. He wore booties after entering my house.
Great company. Great service!
Will definitely use them in the future.
