On the day the escrow on the house was supposed to be closing, the buyer did a last minute walk through and found the AC suddenly not working. Thanks to Rebel who scheduled a technician to come over quickly and complete the repair. Problem solved and escrow was closed on schedule!

What a great experience working with everyone at Rebel. Always on time and will call if late which is paramount today. Our wine room was hotter than the temp outside. Dave came out and sat on the hot pavement for more that six hours on day. He came out a followed up on the progress of the wine room and checked all of his work. Thanks Dave. I am a renter so my landlord scheduled the service from California! Rebel made this a painless process! The tech was ON TIME! even early He was very respectful and introduced himself, explained what he would be doing and put on booties immediately (nice touch). He was quick & thorough. Just had the Rebel plumbing tech Chris out to fix our clogged pipes which are now free and clear Thanks to him! Calling Rebel Refrigeration was the best call. Starr and Ashley help me out with the appointment and then Ashley called to let us know that the tech was on his was and he arrived shortly thereafter wearing blue booties to protect our floors. He was knowledgeable and got to work right away and cleared out the pipes so no longer have standing water in the kitchen sink. Best HVAC Co in town. We have been on their yearly plan for several years. Professional, courteous, always on time, they call if there is an issue. Techs all know their stuff. We had a few emergencies and they were right there for us, took care of things right away. When I have had work done the rates are reasonable and done right the first time. My friend was right, Rebel Refrigeration is Great!!! They called the same night which we were not expecting and came early morning the next day. The job was done efficiently and speedy within an hour. The person that came was friendly and took that time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. I bought a house and during the walk thru the ac units were working. When I moved in the units decided to stop working at night. I contacted Joe and he immediately sent out a tech. The tech was extremely professional and fixed the issue so my family would be able to sleep.

I also have multiple rental properties and I rely on Rebel to service and maintain all the units.

I had Rebel come fix one of my two AC units last summer. Two service men come and take it apart and tested the unit to find a burnt out fan motor. After discussing the proposed repair, I agreed to have the part replace (I had been informed it maybe something else, but had to rule it out).

For what ever reason, I had to leave and my wife took it from there. When I got home and the repaired unit was turned on, it was sooo loud you could literally hear it across the street. It even shakes part of the house when it initially fires. Obviously not a OEM part. Basically Rebel used a part that would make the AC unit functional, however I would have not have approved. When I called to talk to the service man I negotiated with he said I authorized the repair, and of course its not like new cause it was 9 years old. Since it works I gave 2 stars. I waited to review because I had been traveling and moving out of state was a serious option at the time.

Looking back at the situation, I had been highly encouraged to join the Rebel program, kinda like a home owners package. The whole conversation revolved around joining the program and was central in our discussion where I refused to join but authorized the repair, because one of the men talked his boss into waiving the fee.

In conclusion, get a free estimate from any other company. Charging for a service call regardless of the repair, influenced my decision to fix it immediately as it had been over 105 degrees.
