Super company to do business with!
We had 2 of our central air systems replaced this spring. We are so happy with our new Rudd 14 seer units!
Before we were constantly having to turn the thermostat up or down as it was alway too hot or too cold in the house. These new units keep us very comfortable and so quiet you don't even know they are running.
Joe and his crew, including the office staff are top notch professionals. They came when they said they would, prepped the area to keep walls and floors from any damage and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. They made this big job stress free for us.

About a year and a half ago I signed up to have both my units looked after by Rebel Refrigeration. That was probably one of the better decisions I have made.
This company reminds you in writing that a checkup is needed on your unit, and schedules the appointment around YOUR schedule so your life is not interrupted by having be available when they want to come inspect or work on your unit.
Today was the day I chose to have my two units checked for serviceability. The technician, named Tony was on time, clean, and knowledgeable. He checked our thermostats, and asked if there was anyway we preferred he get to the roof so as not to damage our plants and Halloween decorations. Once on the roof, Tony literally checked both our units ""inside and out"". We have solar panels on our roof, so it meant having to work around them to complete his task.
When Tony was done he came back in and rechecked our thermostats, and asked if we had any questions.
Tony answered all our questions in simple, easy to understand answers. No technical jargon, just responses that we understood. He reminded us that in the spring the company would again remind us that a service check would be offered and tailored to fit out needs.
Will I renew my maintenance contract with Rebel? You can bet I will. It is not often that you come acrossed a company that provides quality service, has quality employees that show genuine concern that the job they did met the customers needs.
I highly recommend Rebel, and the service they provide.

I had a leak in the front yard of my house, after investigating further realized it was not the sprinkler system but the main water line. Rebel was able to send a technician out quickly got everything under control. It was a situation that could have been very stressful but the team at Rebel was always on time, answered every question walking me through every step, which helped put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Rebel Refrigeration.

The compressor in our outside refrigerator broke. It also happens to be a commercial refrigerator so of course finding somebody to fix it and finding somebody that would have the part was difficult. I contacted Rebel and they were able to get somebody to the house quickly. Dan was AWESOME! He was able to look and see if the part was under warranty (which it was YEAH!) and order it. I worked with Chris in the office to get the work order processed, the part ordered, and everything paid. The process was EASY! He was able to locate the part locally and Dan was out within a few days to fix the fridge! After a few days, they even sent Dan back just to double check that everything was in working condition. Great company, friendly and professional staff, we will be using them from now on!

I question the integrity of this company. My AC was working and blowing cool air, but my blower wheel was rattling in my attic. At first, their communication was great and they were able to come out to diagnose quickly. They quoted us $790 for the blower wheel being unbalanced (part only costs $80), and the guy wanted to check my outside unit ""just in case."" The next day our unit was not blowing any cool air. After getting a second quote, the second company said my refrigerant was completely out and that there are guys out there that will drain your refrigerant to place you in a ""panic"" mode so they can charge you additional work. They said if my ac unit was originally blowing cool air then they would have had no reason to check my outside unit. This company wanted me to buy a one year membership which would've cost me $130 for two visits. I wonder what additional unnecessary work I would have had to get done if I let them come see my units two additional times. Be careful, and WATCH everything they do!

On the day the escrow on the house was supposed to be closing, the buyer did a last minute walk through and found the AC suddenly not working. Thanks to Rebel who scheduled a technician to come over quickly and complete the repair. Problem solved and escrow was closed on schedule!

Rebel is awesome! They are professional and easy to work with. The tech was on time and even put on booties. Very reasonably priced. They also follow up with you with a phone call to make sure everything is in working order. I highly recommend this company!

What a great experience working with everyone at Rebel. Always on time and will call if late which is paramount today. Our wine room was hotter than the temp outside. Dave came out and sat on the hot pavement for more that six hours on day. He came out a followed up on the progress of the wine room and checked all of his work. Thanks Dave. I would recommend Rebel for anyone needing A/C service.
