Spoke with Joe the owner early in the AM When I got back from vacation and found our upstairs AC wasn't cooling.
They set me up with an afternoon appt. and wound getting to my home even earlier and had my AC cooling my upstairs in 10 mins.
Joe is great and Dwayne the tech was really nice explaining what the issue was.
These guys know what they're doing and I will definitely be doing business with them again and would definitely recommend them if you're having AC problems.

Great job. Rebel fixed and ice maker under warranty handled it all. And fixed a commercial freezer that every other company had ""forgotten"" to call me back about. Thank you very much. The service tech worked with us to find the problem and used several diagnostic techniques to isolate the problems. This company will get my call if I ever have a problem again. 10 stars!!!

First off five stars when Alan walked up to my front door already pulling shoe covers out of his pocket! I ask for no shoes in my home & was so happy to not have to ask him. Second off five stars for being so nice & telling me what he was doing every step of the way. Started experiencing heater issues the previous day that turned into a Gas concern. Alan immediately explained to me why that happened & fixed the problem. Quick response, which was so great as I had my young grand daughter with me. Was happy to have the house back to normal when my kids got home from school. Ashley was very kind over the phone & gave me a call before Alan arrived. Excellent customer service that seemed to care, quick response time & fixed the problem right away.

Their customer service was very polite. The technician who arrived at my property was extremely prompt & helpful. A follow up repair was required on the property listing. They had someone out & the repair completed the very next day (last minute request).
I will continue to refer them for future properties and to clients.

Was seeking a second opinion and am glad I wound up with Rebel, otherwise I would have thrown more money down the drain. My technician was Mike and he was very personable and was able to save me money based on the services that I needed. Would highly recommend; fixed AC before tech left, pricing was half of Number One's, and membership gives more discounts to currently low pricepoint.

I contacted them when my air conditioning unit was not working when I got home from work, upon a recommendation from a friend. Even though it was 5:00 in the afternoon, I got their answering service. The answering service stated that someone would call me back that night, as the temperature in my home was 99 degrees. Waited and waited for their ""on call technician"" to contact me, but no one ever did. Called another company and received immediate service. If I could give 0 stars, I would considering the lack of any type of service that I received from them.
