Walked in, was never greeted. When I was finally asked what I needed, I started off with a ""Hello"" *long pause* expecting a ""Hello"" or anything in return. That didn't happen. I knew from that point this wasn't going to be pleasant.

These guys must hate their lives and Wives so much that they come to work and it clearly shows. Worst customer service ever. I don't give two F's how long they've been in business. I'll gladly go elsewhere.

Trust me on this one.

I was sent here by another plumbing supply place that did not carry the part I needed. Luckily the guys here were able to help me very quickly as they are very knowledgeable & carried the part. It really looks like they have everything you could ever need in stock. The showroom is very clean & organized. Lots of parking for this shop as well. Overall I was very impressed.

Poor customer service really bad attitude as soon as you walk into that store you can feel a negative energy in the business. The atmosphere is not a healthy one to be around. I purchased what I needed and left and will never come back.
