I recently purchased a new home and planned to update the kitchen and bathrooms. I have always turned to Rebacks in the past for my remodeling jobs as the customer service, pricing and knowledge of their staff has been top notch; this time was no exception. I worked with Carlos (who was very patient with me) on finding the right kitchen sink and plumbing fixtures to match my personal taste and needs. His design suggestions were spot on and I truly appreciated his guidance as it can be over overwhelming walking into a showroom with so many choices. My job is completed and I couldn't be happier, go to Rebacks and ask for Carlos you'll be happy you did!

I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was really patient and helpful. I needed an aerator that I hadn't been able to find at at least 15 other places. He pulled out 2 boxes of spare aerators and helped me go through them. Then, he recommended and set me up with a couple other cleaning products and small parts that I needed. I left off one star because I did notice that 4 other people were waiting behind me and nobody acknowledged them or offered to help (a few other employees seemed to be doing computer orders and could have taken a minute to answer a quick question or two).

Definitely worth a stop to see their products. Excellent bathroom hardware and renovation store! Hard to find items can be found here and the selection includes really high quality stuff. We initially purchased a really nice shower/tub fixture set with the help of Henri who was very knowledgeable and gave us a discount. We eventually had to return the items we purchased due to some problems with our contractor (not Reback's problem of course) and since the items were not special order items, they were happy to refund us without a restocking fee, which was really nice of them since they spent a lot of time looking for the stuff we wanted in the first place. Anyway, if you're looking to renovate your bathroom, they have new tubs, toilets, etc. - everything you need is here! Ask for Henri.

First time here; great place. I talked to Ray about my plumbing job at home -installing water and drain pipes for a washing machine. He's a plumber and helped me pick the items I needed. Reminds me of the old hardware stores a million years ago.

Old school best place to find plumbing parts. It's been there a long time. Took my lavatory faucet with a stuck cartridge and they freed it, cleaned up the damaged threads that I caused by unsuccessfully trying to wrench the cartridge off and sold me a replacement.

Oly at Rebacks saved me a bundle of money. He found the parts to repair my dripping Kohler bath faucet and suggested a great plumber who came the next day. I did not have to tear up a wall to replace the faucet. So cool!

My wife and I were doing a bathroom remodel and Carlos S. helped us greatly with all of the fixtures that we needed. He was patient and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions -- and we had a lot of questions -- and he had a good sense of humor. He made the shopping experience a lot more enjoyable and less stressful for us, so thank you, Carlos. We've been back a few more times and were provided with the same high level of service each time.

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 2: 59/100

One of my toilets wouldn't stop leaking, so I dropped by Home Depot to score whatever part it needed. Unfortunately, they no longer carried whatever that was. But luckily, they referred us to Rebacks.

Sure enough, they had it! But I thought I was quite pricey. I guess it's because it's no longer available everywhere.

(I'm sure I could have found it cheaper online, but, it just couldn't wait.)

What they do have, though, is some cool stuff! What beautiful choices in bath accessories - from faucets to sinks to tubs! What really wowed me, though, is the built in TV in a bathroom mirror! Not like I need it, but I thought it was really cool.

Honestly, though? I'd probably only come back if neither Home Depot or Lowes don't have what I need...

We had bought a faucet from Reback about 2 years ago and the guy who helped us was genuine and knew his stuff very well. Fast forward to this month when I returned wanting to support local business and twice the guys in the showroom were much less knowledgeable, a bit pushy and just wanted to make a sale. I had dropped my guard thinking retail price may be 10 to 20% more than online and unfortunately we were robbed. The same exact faucet online at Home Depot or Amazon was 60% cheaper!! Reback you are one greedy local store that deserves to lose to online stores. Plus they charge a ridiculous restocking fee of 25% for returns! Buyers beware! They may be good for small hard to find plumbing parts but under no circumstances will I ever return for big purchase.
