This store is a very expensive place to visit. To feign it is hard to get help. There are like 3 guys at the other side of the counter and they ignore you. They put you down if you ask for a bathroom faucet that sales for less than six hundred dollars.,)no all the help is like that but most of them are. No a good place to visit.

I needed an adapter for the portable washing machine I bought, to work with my faucet. My first stop was Ace Hardware and when they didn't have the part, the guy goes ""if we don't have it then you'll just need a new faucet"". Uuuh, thanks - for nothing!
So I went to Lowe's next. They didn't have the part but the gentleman was kind enough to suggest Reback's. He said, ""whenever we don't have a part, the person goes, I'll just go to Reback's then!"".
Sure enough, they had an adapter that works with my faucet - no new faucet needed - and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Do not shop here if you expect good service. I understand there are back orders due to COVID but the manger and his team's attitude is absolutely rude! I called about my back ordered item only to be brushed off. I've called once a week for the past four weeks. Alex guaranteed my shipment was on the way. When my order did not arrive again, Alex promised that he would look into my missing item and that Carlos, my sales rep, would call me back. Carlos never bothered to follow up with my phone calls. I finally called for a refund and the store manager gave me a lame excuse as to why he couldn't refund me over the phone. I will never come back here again! I chose to shop here because I wanted to give my money/business to a mom and pop store instead of a Big Box Company; Big mistake! Reback's Plumbing N' Things charges at least 10-20% more and their service is unprofessional and condescending! Do not shop here!

This place is hit or miss. Place is a bit of an old school dump where you would be more comfortable if you are a plumber as they cater to plumbers but the also have a tight and packed showroom with high end products. Best to go in for help as you can get some very patient and helpful people on the phone or some real jerks. Most of the time I've had jerks. Like I said I think plumbers like this place but it could use a little housecleaning. It's not the Ferguson showroom in Hawthorne that's for sure!

I had the honor of meeting Carols Sanchez. He was amicable, intelligent, and knew what he was talking about. I am a PA and he was able to connect with me and my boss. I knew talent like himself is hard to come by. I was not surprised he was from the same neighborhood as myself. He has been in the industry for over 20 years. I would highly recommend coming here, I would never go anywhere else. Unless Carlos moves to a new location but other than that, five +++++ stars!

Don't buy your next toilet through Amazon. You will get more personalized service here. I found them to extremely helpful. Even helped load it into the back of my car!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not go here. We built a house and used them for all our kitchen and bathroom faucets, tubs, sinks, drains, etc. Lost orders, incorrect orders, faulty products, delayed delivery with no updates. It goes on and on. Literally the worst company we dealt with during the entire home building process.

I am remodeling 2 of my bathrooms and was in need of faucet fixtures and showerheads . Henri the store manager assisted us and was very happy to have had him help us . He was very knowledgable and was very patient with me since i had no clue what i wanted at first with so much to choose from . we got everything we needed and the price was reasonable . Everything was in stock . Thank you Henri R Staib!!

I was there today and needed and a new part for my cold water handle bathroom sink that would not turn. He was named Carlos and was one of the most helpful nice people that I've had the pleasure of working with on something like this. I have limited knowledge and he told me what I needed as well as offering help getting it together to put back in place. Definitely not service that's required or even offered by most companies. I cannot recommend this location in Gardena enough.
