We went here because they have a large selection of faucets and plumbing supplies. We were on the ""hunt"" for an instant hot dispenser to replace ours which finally ""gave up the ghost ...

After having ""visited"" many websites ... we decided to give Rebacks a try ... ""It was our lucky day"" ... We found the one we wanted ... but more importantly, we were helped by Carlos Sanchez ...

To say that Carlos is ""one in a million"" is an understatement ... He has years (and years) of plumbing knowledge ... he was patient ... answering our questions ... probably most of which have been asked ""over and over again"" by many customers before us. We felt he was really interested in the choices available and what was best for us ... He's got a wonderful sense of humor too.

Carlos is exactly that person which makes customers want to return and shop here again. What a great experience ...

AND while we we were there I saw a notice posted which I'm still laughing about today ... I posted it here ...

Customer service is about as bad as I've ever seen. They make me feel like they are doing me a favor by me shopping at their biz. Will never go back their. Even if I have to driver further somewhere else.

My contractor sent me to Reback's for vanities, sinks, toilets, shower valves and faucets for my major remodel. He knows that I do not want common Home Depot contractor grade stuff and I was not disappointed in the selection of product here at a Reback's. For the 1-1/2 hours that I was there, I got personal help from Henri the manager in selecting each item that I needed, something that you never get at any home improvement store. He had knowledge and explained the differences in the models that I was interested in. He made me feel confident with my choices, unlike the idiots at Home Depot that try to act like experts but have to go ask another associate for help or just feed you a line of BS.

Reback's sells premium grade products. It cannot be compared with prices of contractor grade stuff at Lowe's or Home Depot. I don't mind at all paying a premium for expert personal service and high end fixtures.

Reback's is a good old fashioned brick-and-mortar establishment where you still get good quality and personal service. 4 Stars and not 5 because there is a negative to Reback's service: The woman who answers the phone there is not very friendly, and some of the others I happened to speak to seemed impatient. I've spent thousands of dollars here and expect courtesy.

Yesterday went to get a quote on toilets and quite a few bathroom fixtures. Previously I had two other quotes for the same merchandise same manufacturer from Snyder and diamond and from WTC fixtures. Rebacks said they were going to give me the contractors price which ended up not only being higher then WTC which was the lowest but was higher than Snyder and diamond by quite a lot.

What a pleasure it was to work with a company that respects and understands customer service. John Kamieniecki assisted me with the purchase of 3 new toilets and was awesome. I spent the previous day at Pacific Sales & Ferguson trying to get information and talk to a sales rep, I ended up walking out of both places after being ignored for 40 minutes. The showroom is full of all kinds of very cool stuff and they have a great plumbing repair parts inventory. I overheard other sales reps assisting other customers and they were providing solid solutions and not trying to up-sell them. This place is awesome, kudos to the management & ownership. Thank you very much!

Totally disappointed in this place. Sent a customer of mine to purchase a few things for her bathroom, she asked about the cost of a bathroom vanity she liked, and a sales representative by the name of Carlos said and I quote "" oh you can't afford that "". This is horrible customer service!! I don't think I'll be bringing my business back to this place. Long time customer NO MORE!! Shame on you Rebacks!!
