They were professional, on time, work was completed as they predicted . I can't give a better review than saying they were the best I've ever worked with on any project! We had a water leak that suddenly appeared. We called them they came out the same day assessed what they thought it was but couldn't tell until they could open up the ceiling in the area of the leak. They couldn't get to it from the crawl space. It was possible that it was coming from one area of the roof or a leaky pipe. They gave us the estimate and we hired them. They arrived everyday on time and worked all day with only a lunch break. Found it was the hot water pipe and actually had the need parts. Did the repair in three days. They had taped the area and sealed it so that there was no mess! When they finished the bill was for less than the estimate because there was no need to repair the roof. It looked great and the area was clean as a whistle.I couldn't have be more pleased.

The first week of October I called Reasonable Handymen to get an estimate for a roofing job. I called the number shown on their Yelp page, 693-7024, and spoke with a fellow who made an appointment for several days later. He didn't show up. The next day I called the same number and spoke with a fellow who said that that number should not be on the Yelp page and that I should call 925-206-7364. I left a message on their voice mail and a woman called back. It sounded as if our name was in their system but she had us confused with a person in Pacheco (we're in Walnut Creek) who needed a garage door replaced. She took our correct info and said somebody would call us. After several days with no call I called 206-7364 again. The fellow who answered seemed confused that I had called and said that number was his personal phone, not a business number, and that I should call 428-3501. He assured me that someone was there to answer but, of course, there wasn't. I left a fresh message requesting an estimate for a small roofing job. It has now been 51 days without a reply. I'm mystified by the positive Yelp reviews. How can anyone who conducts their business in such a slipshod manner be trusted to do a satisfactory job?

I contacted them late Sunday afternoon 10/29 (during the busy season). John and Kelly were quick to respond and had someone out for an estimate the next day for my tricky metal roof. Philip did a great job and was super friendly! Everything was done in a little less than three days from my job posting, despite Halloween falling in the middle of all this. Real easy group of guys to work with!
