I had the crew quote a tile installation for a kitchen. The quoted price for install without materials was reasonable. Tile installation day went smooth with no major issues. The following day during, a late night grouting exposed multiple issues. Improperly measured cuts left large gaps at the bottom of the upper cabinets filled with heaps of grout and large gaps remained when electrical plug plates were mounted. I had to source larger electrical plug plates to cover the gap. There was so much grout and glue caked onto the tile, it took me over 8 hours using a razor blade to clean off the tiles
The guys did a great job installing 1/4 round at the cabinets toe kick and repairing/painting drywall.

These guys were great. I called John and Kelly because my roof was leaking and everywhere else I called couldn't get to me right away but these two came to my rescue. After witnessing The Reasonable Handymen transform my friends bathroom from old 60's style with a warped floor to a modern day hotel suite, I decided to give them a try on my dingy linoleum walled bathroom.

And my intuition proved right. Kelly responded to my quote request very quickly and within an hour I had a very reasonable estimate. So I scheduled an installation for the following weekend.

Kelly and John arrived Friday afternoon and had completed the demo and water proofing that same day. Saturday was tile day and Sunday was grout and new sliding door install with final prep and clean up. Everything turned out wonderfully and it only took a little more than 2 days.

Kelly and John are extremely
professional, courteous and reasonable Handymen. They do it all.

I had a leak in my bathtub that soaked my floor boards. So I need to see where the leak was. I had to have a different company come to do the job, because my bathroom had 2% asbestos. And then after they tore into the floor boards . I would have to hire a Plummer to find the leak and then a contractor to replace my floor where the water did the damage . So I had about 4 contractors come out to give me an estimate , all where very high in there asking price. Well the last contractor came to the rescue. John and Kelly came to give me an estimate. It was very reasonable and they said that they could do the plumbing also. So they saved me even more money. And they came a few days later and started working to quickly to finish the job. They were able to get it all done in record time. I highly recommend them, if you want a reasonable price , quick turn around time and great guys. I'm going to use them again , when I need new floors. Thanks guys !!!
