I wasn't getting any pressure from my hot water line to my kitchen faucet. RWPS responded IMMEDIATELY to my request for service and CT (the plumber) arrived and quickly found the root cause (a piece of rubber made it's way into my line). CT removed it and the pressure came back. Quick response + quick service = an easy recommendation from me!

Chris is nice. He came out quickly. The price was reasonable for 30 min of work I guess but unfortunately he was misinformed about the solution being acceptable by the gas company. Neither of us can figure out why. He offered to come back to stand by his work and make it right. My landlord took it over but I appreciate that offer. Shows integrity. I will call him for the next quote.
