I just paid over 2000 dollars to get two shut off valves and a brand new kitchen faucet installed. It was 750 just for the faucet install and it has a leak. This company immediately blamed the brand new faucet out of the box and refused to fix it saying we need to replace or fix the brand new faucet. Stay far away!!! Overpriced and they don't care about making things right or about their customers. I would give 0 stars if I could,

Thank you REAL TEXAS Plumbing for coming to the rescue this morning! Efrain runs an honest business, and he stands behind his warranty. I had a faulty toilet that caused a small flood in the bathroom. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue and checked the grinder pump. He also installed a hot water heater last year, that was MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE than other quotes I received. I am so grateful for his expertise.

I wanted to update my review concerning the price factor. Yesterday, I needed some work done to reconfigure our main water line, which required cutting two prv pipes and reconnecting them at a single spot. My husband and I did all the digging. I was quoted $750 to complete the project. Due to the simplicity of the task, I did not feel like this was a $750 job. I reached out to multiple other plumbing companies, all licensed & insured as required by the state. All other companies responded with quotes ranging from $300-400. I reached out and questioned why I was quoted over double what other companies quoted me. The answer I got was talk about being insured, licensed, having to pay work comp, and better materials. This excuse didn't sit right as these are basic requirements needed to have a plumbing company in Texas. In regard to the material, there was no difference that could amount to $450 over all other offers and when reviewed by the other plumber was virtually the same. In addition, we were going to use the same parts from the previous project on this project and very little new material (if any) would have even been needed. I still stand by all that I said in my previous review except for fair pricing & customer relations. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge and being a new home owner. However, this time, I did my research and the excuses were unacceptable. I will not be using this company for future projects.
