I purchased a $100 coupon for Real Service Builders on here (Yelp) for $50. One of the reasons I chose them was because of the coupon and I also wanted to support a local business. I needed a 220v line put in. I mentioned the coupon during the estimate after I put down the deposit and he said the job would take 1 day to complete.

It took 5 days to get the job done; unexpected days that work had to be taken off to accommodate. During those 5 days there were issues where he showed up on 2 separate days and left without word, he finished one day, but it did not work. He did not make sure it was working before he left, and had to come back another day to figure out what was wrong and finally another day to fix the problem. Also, when the coupon was presented at the final payment, it was not accepted. I emailed them 3 different times to get an answer why the coupon was not accepted and have never received a reply. Very disappointing as I was trying to support a local business.
