These guys in their company vehicle are really going 80 in a 60, driving on the shoulder to pass people. That's unsafe and unprofessional. Just wouldn't even recommend based on their behavior.

Mike is very friendly, accommodating, and persevering. I had a really tough clog in a hard to reach area, but he kept at it, using different tools till it was cleared. Then he rechecked and triple checked to make sure everything was flowing correctly. He checked for leaks and cleaned the work area so well it smelled good. I'm keeping his number in my phone for next time and passing out his cards to all my family, friends, and clients, but especially to my neighbors, as not all plumbers can work on condos.

We had a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink and our faucet was jammed due to hard water and calcium build up. My husband who is not the ""mr. Fix it"" agreed we need to call a plumber. We called a few other plumbers who charged an hourly rate and being on a budget that scared me. We decided to go with Mike from Real Rooters...and so glad we did. He came out the very next day first thing. He was quick and efficient and was in and out within an hour ( I'm sure the other plumbers who charge hourly would have dragged that job out) new faucet and no leaky pipe...I'm a happy customer!
