Nick did a great job replacing a large, dated light fixture in our kitchen with a modern piece, adjusting it a few times to our desired height. He also installed a farmhouse sink for us and most importantly, laid lvp throughout the majority of our house. We had a tight timeframe, needing to move in soon. Nick made the trip down, past Anderson, was very responsive, and delivered on time. I would use him again if we need some more projects done throughout the house!

I needed several things done outside my home with the biggest task replacing siding. The estimate process, project and cleanup were all done well and done quickly. I was pleased.

At first Nick came off as confident and motivated. I hired him to do a bathroom remodel initially. At first glance it looked ruff to say the least. The tile wasn't cut right and or spaced properly. Gobs of goop were on the fixtures and paint was everywhere. Nick fixed it to where it looked decent. It wasn't perfect but he assured me he wasn't done yet. I then asked him if he knew how to do siding it was ruff to say the least. I had him install a new window and for the most part it was ok or so I thought. So I had his associate paint the porch , the porch looked pretty good but somehow paint was all over every room except for one The left a major mess. The day of completion the siding was not good and they was a major mess. He said that was the best he could do. The next day i tried to use the shower and it was the only fixture in the house that the hot water didn't work. If your wandering why I hired him he had 5 stars on yelp. He asks for half money upfront and half upon completion after signing a contract. I didn't know what I was doing I just trusted the review its my first house. My dryer that I just bought from lows was scratched and somehow got paint on it under the tarp. Please don't use this individual, he cant keep a schedule, doesn't respect your time and cant do detail work. He will however paint things and install things you didn't ask for. I had a friend who does this work look at in the end everything was improperly sealed and outlets were painted over and paint spilled in the heating ducts. He damaged the shower he installed instead of fixing the chip shower it was lightly painted which came of my first time using it .

We had minor interior damage with the ceiling and exterior doors that had gaps. Nick did a pretty good job repairing those minor issues. He was also willing to help us with flexible pricing.

My wife's grandfather's bathroom which was in a state of utter disrepair needed some major TLC. Nick did not shy away from the challenge and after he was done the bathroom went from being a health hazard to the nicest room in the house. Nick was truly devoted to the project and he really cared about customer satisfaction and delivering the best quality product within our budget constraints.

We contracted for a bathroom remodel. Our experience was just ok. This was a tub/shower to shower transition. We set our expectations for what we wanted. However, there was a major disconnect in what we actually received. We ended up spending even more money to try to get the results we wanted. My best advice to the contractor was to write things down and discuss with the homeowner in detail each step of the way. The cleanup was a bit rough and left us with having to buy extra products to remove the residue.
