Edgar was recommended by my HOA and he was fantastic!

I came home to a dripping ceiling in my kitchen. Called Edgar and he was able to come same day despite having 2 jobs ahead of me. He was able to give me estimates before hand on what might it take to take a look or do a band patch job.

He and his guy were very respectful of the area. Came with booties on their shoes. He explained what the costs it to open the ceiling and take and look. He knows that the band is temp fix and was able to give me a decent quote.

You can tell he's very experienced. He opened the ceiling with limited damage. Gave me the temp fix with explanation to make sure the ceiling dries out and able to give me a quote for replacing the pipe and patch and paint the ceiling so I can decide on next steps.

Very nice person. Answered all my questions and gave me good tips on turning on and off water.

Now I can use my shower for the time being!

Edgar ans his team at Real Plumbing are totally underrated! Arguably the best plumbers in Reseda after trying several plumbers who claim they know stuff, but then make matters worse. But not Edgar! He's been in the business for over 20 years and it shows in his professionalism and work ethic. He gets the job done and for a fair price. Can't ask for anything else... Thank you !

p.s. he replaced our community's circulation pump as well as replaced a leaky water supply line.

Edgar has done many projects for me through the years. I own rental properties and among other things I have had him do an emergency repipe (underground) of one apartment which entailed the removal and replacement of flooring to do the job. He had the job done in a very timely manner which I appreciated since the tenants had to stay in a hotel while the work was completed. He has just finished completely remodeling an apartment unit in Redondo beach, installing all new floors in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Also installed all new toilets, sinks, bath, kitchen cabinets, counters, and appliances. He completed the job by replacing all electrical outlets and painting the unit throughout. His work is neat with superb attention to detail. He is reliable, honest and when needed in an emergency always finds time to reach out to help solve the problem. He is very responsive and easy to reach by phone with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Edgar as professional and competent plumber and contractor.

Edgar and his team worked on and installed new plumbing in our new house and did and excellent job. From what I saw all the copper plumbing was straight and looked like solid good work. Everything worked correctly and the entire house was done in a couple of days. When we had issue with the water heater and hot water due to other contractors fault, Edgar took the time over the phone to trouble shoot the issue with me. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again if needed.

Edgar has been taking care of the plumbing at my co-op complex for many years now and has always been helpful, thoughtful, and great at problem-solving. Just last week, Edgar and his awesome crew finished a full remodel of my bathroom. Edgar and his team had a major job on their hands and did beautiful work. Our house is in a concrete slab and we had a leak in a pipe under the concrete.
