Jose, Freddie and the rest of the team are polite, super friendly and very competent! We had some challenging plumbing issues and they were like good detectives until they found the root of it, and did an excellent job repairing it. So grateful !

They were friendly on the phone but they wanted 700 dollars to replace a 25 dollar part.
The technician named Freddy looked as he didn't know what it was or how to go about repairing it he was here for 2 minutes and charged 89 bucks for nothing!
The 2 stars review is because the person on the phone was friendly and sounded like he wanted to help unfortunately it didn't.

Had my disposal replaced, project finished in the same day called for help. Gloves, booties, mask on through out work, I do not care though. Work looks good so far.

Jose and his team at Real Plumbers are great! I've reached out a couple of times and he's always been very responsive and quick to get the job done. The first time I worked with him, I needed someone to swap out an old garbage disposal and sink faucet with new ones - nothing too complicated but I really appreciated how speedy he was and that he also took covid safety measures seriously (mask, gloves, booties, etc.). Most recently, we had a leak in our water heater and he managed to get his guys over to our place in 15 minutes! They identified the problem, ran to the store to get the necessary replacement parts, and finished the job all within 1 hour. It was such a relief to have that problem fixed so quickly. They will be our go-to plumbers from here on out!

Outstanding service! Jose answered my call and scheduled service the same day. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with the leak in my kitchen and fixed the problem. He was courteous and didn't try to rip me off. Highly recommend!

Great company to work with reliable, efficient and integrity. To sum it up, I had to repair a about 80 feet of sewer line at my restaurant that has been there since 1980. It was a big job new check valve, 65 feet of pipe liner and 15 feet new abs pipe. It was a lot of work the majority of the pipe was deteriorating badly. They adapted to the circumstances of our restaurant and did a big part of the job over a couple long nights. The whole crew was great with or without supervision. They respected all COVID protocols even at night when they were the only people in building. The owner Jose is a solid stand up man of his word. Would not think twice about hiring them again.

I had a leaky water heater and called Real Plumbers. Jose promptly returned my call, came out to look at my heater the same day, gave me a quote, and returned two days later with a new heater, installed it and took away the old one. Jose at Real Plumbers is a 5 star GEM! Covid safe, super skilled, and a really nice person. Oh yeah, he did a fantastic repair on our old shower valves and a couple of problem toilets. He also took the time to explain the nature of the repairs, and was a complete professional. I'm really impressed and will use them exclusively from now on. Very reasonable prices for the scale of work that was done. If you want to support a local tradesman look no further.
