Great service. We just used the Jose for the first time to fix a leaking wall-mounted faucet. We have older and unique fixtures which a prior plumber did not want to be bothered with. Jose was quick to respond, quickly assessed the issue and was able to sort within an hour. Fairly priced and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We will certainly use again for any plumbing issues.

Our shower would not stop running and Real Plumbers was able to come out within 30 minutes to stop the water, identify what needed to be repaired, and come out the next morning to make the necessary repairs. They were very punctual and responsive throughout the process and upfront and clear about the cost and timeframes.

Jose came out to replace our garbage disposal (within 24h of my original call!), and immediately noticed the pipes under the sink were corroded and actually started leaking during the replacement! He had all the parts he needed in his truck to do the plumbing replacement/upgrade to all PVC (in addition to installing our new garbage disposal) and he was in and out in under an hour for all of it! He also made sure to explain how to troubleshoot the new disposal for the various ways it might cause issues in the future.

I have hired Jose to find a leak in my house in Santa Monica. The contractor came out and found a leak. However, he couldn't tell me where it is so I had to schedule a second visit. After I ask about a quote on the leak so that I can submit it to my home warranty, Jose said he doesn't want to take the job anymore because of the way my voice sounded... I had to pay for the leak detection fee regardless. He initially told me that he can apply the leak detection fee to the repair cost, but since he doesn't want to take the job, there's no way to do that. In the end I'll have to find another plumber and pay them again to come out. It's a waste of my time and money.
