If you want someone with honesty and moral ethical values, then Trey is the man. Yes, he is a one man operation. Yes, he is a family owned operation and that in itself says alot. I had plumbing issues in my bathroom. He didn't try to over-fix the problem and charge me with a high dollar plumbing price like some of the other businesses. I've been with other companies. One was so terrible that I told them to leave my place. I've used the high-dollar company as well. I can't afford hundreds of dollars when a local home-town boy/company can do the job at a very reasonable price without breaking your pocket book.

Yes, I've always had to leave a message but I ALWAYS get a phone call back. If you want someone with integrity in your home and if you want to trust someone with your plumbing needs, then Real McCoy's is your answer.

Phone messages, text messages.....they do not return any of them. I tried for over two weeks to get a response and finally received a text saying they were very busy.....while they were attending a family party. Yet, they had plenty of time to update their Facebook page with photos and comments on jobs they completed. Priorities seem to be in the wrong place.

Unlike Mr. McCoy's comments on Yahoo, it appears this behavior IS part of his character and has been for almost six years! I have found complaints on various sites regarding his inability to return calls from former and/or potential customers.

Update after Mr. McCoy's Comments:

My first attempt to contact McCoy's Plumbing was on Thursday, July 16, 2015. I left a message that included my Name, Address, Phone Number and a brief description of the major project I wanted to get completed. I never received a call back and I believe the McCoys then went on vacation for a week. After not hearing anything from them when they returned, I sent a text message on the afternoon of Monday, July 27, 2015 with a list of issues and was asked if this was an emergency and I said no, I was simply looking forward to getting these projects completed. I was told I would get a call that evening or the following morning. When I did not get a call by Friday, July 31, I decided to leave another voice message shortly after 8:00AM......again, no response. On Saturday, August 1, I decided to text Mr. McCoy again and he stated he was at a family gathering and if I was looking for assistance in the following week, I was out of luck. He gave no indication of when he would return my call and apparently had little interest in my business.

In my book, July 16 - August 2 is over two weeks!

Good family company of father and son. They have always been professional and know their business well. The father did a repair at my home and spotted a significant electrical safety issue the we were unaware of. He fixed it but he didn't have to and I appreciated his help. He likely saved a life. Any plumbing done at my house will be done by the Real McCoy's.
