About three weeks ago, one of our neighbors recommended Mike and the Real McCoy when our kitchen faucet was making banging noises and the sprayer hardly worked. Mike called us back within 24 hours of our call, was very pleasant, and scheduled an appointment for us. Two of his team-members arrived promptly, evaluated the problem, obtained a new faucet and sprayer and did the job right away. The guys were great - they were both very friendly and efficient, and even put our stuff back under the sink - our stiff, sore backs say ""thank you!"" We would certainly use Real McCoy Plumbing again.

Could not be happier we were referred to Mike and Real McCoy Plumbing.

Our kitchen sink became gradually clogged and the usual remedies (vinegar/baking soda/hot water, cleaning out the p-trap, etc.) did not resolve the problem. We had a drain specialist come twice, charge us, and leave us with a mess in addition to not actually fixing the clog. The technician told us we had something like ""50 feet of coiling pipe"" that was impossible to snake, and snakes ""don't go longer than 35 feet"". Not an ideal situation especially with a toddler and us having to use the bathtub on the main floor to do our dishes and bottles for several days.

Mike made extra time in his schedule to come on a Friday night (maybe sensing our stress over the phone). Him and his team could not have been more patient and eventually diagnosed the problem (which was not at all related to the drain specialist's claim). Mike laid out a couple options and him and his team did an awesome job resolving the issue for us. They came back to fully clean up, and ended up charging us a very reasonable amount for all the work they did.

Thanks to this experience we'll be calling them for all plumbing issues going forward and will refer them to our friends & neighbors.

They were at my house to install a new cook top under a home warranty. I had a small issue with one of my toilets running so I asked them to look at it. They said it would be a quick fix and before I knew it they replaced the entire guts and charged me over $150. Stay away

And thank you for the careless response. It will go a long way to prospective customers that you are more interested in being sarcastic than reputable.

Excellent service from Dylan and Trevor, who arrived with face masks and shoe covers. My bathtub had sprung a leak and they took the time to get to the root of the problem. They were professional, friendly, and explained their work so that I could understand what to do in case of another leak.

Agreed to a quote over the phone for specific job. When they showed up, they asked me to sign a quote for 40% higher for the same job. When I refused, they got aggressive and I had to ask them to leave.

Do not recommend. Not honest people. Go with another plumber in the area.

I've worked with Real McCoy Plumbing for several years now. I would not trust anyone else with my plumbing or Generac support services. Mike has always been professional, friendly, and responsive. I know that I could call Mike anytime, day or night, and he would be there to help solve my problem.

A wonderful experience. I called, Mike was lovely on the phone and sent 2 of his team members to my house the next day. They were great, fixed my toilet and sink in an hour. The bathroom was cleaner than before they were there AND the price was very reasonable. Also, not plumbing related but they were very sweet to my baby and toddler :). Highly recommend!

Usually plumbing looks drab, but not Mikes work! He is a virtuoso of plumbers, and even better he makes you feel like. boutique plumber at low prices! Mile is for those who want the most beautiful and genuinely amazing plumbing fixes and hacks. He installed a waterless heater and gave us tips on how to save thousands. He fixed a not-hot-enough water issue with my tub, using a genius hack to increase my hot water without changing equipment! Mike thinks outside of the box when it comes to complicated plumbing issues in ways that will blow your mind! Everyone else you call will seem like your typical standard subpar plumber compared to his inventiveness. It is his business after all and he has a passion the way his work beautifies your home.

Prompt, professional, and personable. Mike quickly fixed our leak, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and charged a reasonable price for his work. He called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to call him again should a plumbing issue arise.

He did the job but it was impossible to get a receipt for his work. He was very responsive and accepted the price we were quoted from a competitor since he was able to do the job sooner we went with him. For months after the hot water heater was replaced we could not get a receipt (for tax purposes). We simply gave up.
