If I could give Real deal plumbing 10 stars, I would! Jay was so responsive and helped me understand what was wrong and what needed to happen. Made me feel so at ease about how to keep costs down but also have quality work done at the same time. I'm not one that knows this kind of thing when it comes to repairs and appliance installation but he made it so easy! I knew exactly what to order, he was so fast to I stall it. We reached out to J to help cap our gas line for the dryer on Monday evening and he was able to come Friday first thing in the morning. J was friendly, professional and efficient. Communication was great from start to finish. We paid $150 for the service and paid via check. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a plumber. The address on Yelp says Mililani but he will service Ewa Beach and the surrounding areas.

My water heater started leaking and flooded my garage. I panicked and called several plumbing companies and none of them were able or willing to help me like Real Deal Plumbing Services. Jay answered right away and even adjusted his busy schedule to accommodate my emergency. He explained to me how to shut off the supply valve and also how to shut off the power to the heater. Jay showed up with a new heater and quickly replaced it. After the installation was complete, he stayed until everything was up to temperature and functioning properly. I most definitely recommend utilizing his services. Jay's prices are competitive and this is the only plumbing company I would recommend in all of Hawai'i. He definitely lives up to the name of his company ""Real Deal."" Jay is very experienced and knowledgeable in the plumbing industry. So grateful for Jay being there when I so desperately needed it!

Our guest bathtub was draining slowly, but that was no match for Jay. He was punctual, friendly, professional and skilled. It was a quick appointment and he did a great job. You're simply not going to find excellent service like this anywhere else!

Jay answered right away. He was up front about his availability but still did his best to do what he could to help us immediately. After assessing our problem, he adjusted his schedule to help us as our situation was deemed an emergency. He was very communicative. Juan, who came to do the job was very nice and efficient. Very thorough in double checking his work to make sure there were no leaks. Extremely pleased. Jay called right after the job to make sure the job went well. Jay has been one of the best people to work with. He is very communicative and will tell you what exactly the problem is. He worked very quickly and was able to install new piping in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him if you value quality work and great customer service.

Not sure if it's spelled ""Jay"" or just ""J' but he is awesome. We had an issue with our toilets and tubs getting backed up. Jay came out in the late evening after hours. Pretty sure he was already comfortable at home but was ready to come out and help us as soon as we called. The house we live in is very old and a little complicated but Jay stuck with us and worked really hard. He was professional and personable. We felt confident that he wasn't out to get our money or take longer than necessary but rather genuinely concerned is in helping us resolve the issue. J put a shut off valve and repaired our dishwasher. We communicate multiple times by phone and he was always respectful and professional. He came in on time and wore a mask. All repairs was done fast, professionally and very reasonably priced. With any plumbing problem I know who to contact next time.
