They lied, cheated took my money and refused to repair! Avoid these conmen with everything you have!

I contacted Reagor to install a new water heater in my home. I had the option of them or me purchasing this. As I had no way to haul it, I asked them to do so. WOW - big mistake. Without warning me of the cost, they charged me nearly $500 to pick it up. All installation costs were on top of that. I have done business with them for 19 years and until this experience, I have been happy with their service and fees.
When I was presented with my final bill I saw where they had charged me this exorbitant fee for a 22 mile round trip. I attempted to contact the owner regarding this but he wouldn't return my call. I went to his place of business to nicely discuss it with him in person but from the moment I stepped to his office doorway, I was met with anger and hostility. He said the general public has no idea how many taxes and fees small businesses must pay both state and federal to stay in business and he offers no apologies for what he charges, nor would he consider changing it to a more reasonable amount.
I have no issue with the work that was done - the workers were competent and respectful of me and my home. However, I will never do business with this company again and I strongly suggest anybody that does to get a signed cost appraisal before any work is done.

First I want to say that these guys do good work and that the electricians Shawn and Katrina were knowledgeable and were easy to work with. The only reason they aren't 5 Star is that when we originally called, we were told our job would be about an hour at $125 total. We had already dug a trench, ran conduit, wire, had 95% of the parts ready before they came (they provided some end point pieces and fasteners and one breaker). All they had to do was make it connect up, swap some existing connections, and make it live at the box. (They did have to add a little junction box on the wall to clean up the wires, but that is really the only additional work).
At the end, the bill was $525. I'm not one for confrontation or to suggest their work isn't worth the time, but at no point were we told it would be quadruple the cost. I could understand extra costs here and there, but I was a bit shocked. The labor was tracked at 4 hours. Even if that was how long they were here, that is an excessive amount of time for the work, especially considering the quote. My wife and I dug a trench, ran wire and conduit in less than 2 hours. It is hard swallow the connection point was a 4 hour job.
I will end with saying that at no point did we feel like they weren't doing good work or that the electricians were unreliable or shady (in fact, it was totally opposite - they are great!) but we do feel that the time for the job, not only was wildly past their estimate, but just didn't seem to match the amount of work that was required.

Thank God for Reagors. They are nice people for sure the best around. They dont overcharge you or try to fool you.

Called for a slow leak in my water heater. My fault for not asking the cost of a service call, but they didn't offer either. Came out, looked at unit for less than 5 minutes, told me it was rusted out out and then quoted me $1,5000 for a new one. I declined, then discovered my unit has a lifetime warranty. Replaced with some help for a friend for free, but when we took the unit in to get the replacement it turns out it was not rusted out, just had a loose connection. Imagine my surprise to receive a $97 dollar bill for their 5 minute misdiagnoses. Expensive and will try to sell you an expensive system.

I can't give a star, in fact there needs to be a negative star feature. This company's slogan is a load of crap. "We stand behind our work".
They put plumbing in the wrong place on my new construction by taking the measurements from the wrong place (and obviously didn't double check their work). So all of the plumbing, that is in the concrete in the front of the house, was off by 6 feet. When they came back to fix it, they had to cut three 6 foot by 1.5 foot trenches. They also started cutting in the wrong place in one spot, so there is an additional gouge in my slab.
The other big issue with this, is that these floors are to be stained, and now require a veneer in order to hide the trenches that were made.
Now they don't want to pay to fix their mistake, and instead send me a letter threatening a mechanic's lien on my property!! Their mistake is going to cost more than is even owed to them by my builder.
There were other things that were unfinished as well, but those are minor compared to ruining the slab for my house.
And I have no problem with people making a mistake; just own up to it and make it right!!
Stay away from this company!!!

Excellent service, excellent technicians, excellent time to get my AC going again. I have found my new AC company. Thanks, Alex

First time I called the company was for AC repair. They showed up right away, diagnosed the problem (torn duct under the house) and they came back and took care of the problem same day. When I had plumbing problem, I just stopped by the office. They came out to inspect the issue and to give me an estimate, but end up getting it repaired on the spot. Very happy with this company.
