We just had Victor M. finish fixing our leak in the kitchen. He was very prompt in our answering our calls and was able to come right away when we needed him. He was able to diagnose the problem fast. His availability to fix our sink was very impressive. He knew a lot and knew how to answer all our questions! Our kitchen sinks have been backing up for a while. I had reached out to many plumbing companies and the ones who were able to access the problems all said the same things, we need to descale our main pipe. We had received numerous quotes that were all out of our price range. Someone recommended Victor and I reached out right away. He got back to me the next day, explained what I needed to get done, and was able to beat all those competitive prices. Was able to make an appointment a day later and was able to work around my work schedule. I truly appreciated the flexibility. He walked me through the process, got to work, snaked the camera through and showed me a very very clean pipe. Amazing service! Called to Victor due to a clogged drain problem. He gave me a full inspection and unfortunately had to do some repiping under the house. Long story short he got the service done very quick. He was very communicative and informative on everything. Thank him for being patient with us as well.
