Ready Rooter is very efficient! Scheduling was easy and they confirmed prior to the appointment. The technician Fernando showed up within the time window, and instantly wore shoe covers upon entering my home. He showed me how to unscrew my shower drain and I just needed to clean it out. Didn't charge me or anything - great customer service! Will utilize them again if needed!

I had Issac and Zane from Ready Rooter coming over on a Saturday to unblock the kitchen drain. Two technicians from a different vendor were not able to solve the issue. With Issac and Zane, they correctly identified the different scenario and went to work. The issue was successfully resolved in about 30 min with very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend the professionalism shown by Ready Rooter's team. Again, big thanks to Issac and Zane.

Ready Rooter exceeded all expectations. First of all, they are the only plumbers who would see me same day (on a Sunday!). No ""emergency"" rate or weekend fees like some other plumbers I've used. Both Fernando and Cody were great and I always felt like they really wanted to solve my problem (new water heater) and not just move on as fast as possible. Also, they stayed to the original estimate even when a few extra things were required. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very courteous knowledgeable person who came out to look at my shower not working issue and didn't even charge for finding the problem. Told me to simply pick up the broken knob from Home Depot and call it a day.

The service and the communications were really great. They fixed my water heater the next day in about 30min. But they charged me $920 for a tankless water heater flush and service. Later I enquired from a few more plumbers and the market rate seems to be around $400 (plus tax).

Patrick and Tino were great! They helped me assess the plumbing issue at my home today and I couldn't be more impressed with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were professional yet friendly, thorough in their work without cutting any corners and resolved the problem efficiently. I really appreciated that they explained the problem in detail, outlined the steps needed to fix it, and gave me their no-pressure recommendations. They even helped us get connected with Quick Dry Restoration, who came out to help us same day! But what set them apart was the care they took in patiently answering all of the ""I wish I could ask a plumber about these things..."" questions I had. :)

Along with the issue we called about, they were able to fix some of the other items that we'd previously neglected and provided me with valuable insights on how to prevent similar issues in the future. I'm glad I came across Ready Rooter and so was my dog (who is a good judge of character) who absolutely LOVED Patrick & Tino. Although this unexpected plumbing issue was a big chunk of change and a bit of a headache, these guys somehow made this into a positive experience. Thank you for helping us with our home! Hopefully we don't have any issues in the future but if we do, we'll definitely call you to help us out.
