Ready Rooter was great help to quickly resolve a sewer backup issue we had the night before a trip. They arrived quickly and had very reasonable prices. They are definitely on my list for any future work.

Collected quite a few quotes to reline a sewer main that was pretty severely blocked by tree roots that had grown between the old clay pipes. Ready Rooter communicated well and was friendly upon arriving to provide a quote, but felt they pushed a little too hard to hydro jet the sewer main immediately even though I had already paid another company to resolve the urgent flooding issue in my basement. They said I could apply the cost of hydro jet to final price of relining the sewer main b/c that was required eventually anyway...but man, look at the pricing here. They came in over $20k above my cheapest quote to reline the sewer main.

After receiving the astonishing quote from Ready Rooter, they called back 3 days later after not hearing from me suggesting they'd drop the price $3,500. Unfortunately, still not even close to being in the ballpark.

EDIT: I want to give them benefit of the doubt here. I didn't bother trying to see if they could come closer to the other quotes b/c it was so high. I also can't speak to the quality of their work. Maybe they just genuinely misquoted me due to lack of experience or knowledge on big jobs like this? I'm willing to accept that take, but it's still not great even if it's better than them actively trying to take advantage of me. At the very least, I'd just make sure you get more quotes if you're considering working with Ready Rooter.

We had a number of sinks that have slow drain. Ready Rooter is quick to respond. They came out in an hour. They are courteous and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend them.

We had a simple hose bibb that needed replacing. I was leery of doing the replacement myself due to the pipe being galvanized steel and the potential issues if the galvanized threads were unusable after removal.

At the consultation I was quoted a reasonable price for the replacement and they were fairly confident it could be replaced. My original appointment was scheduled for the end of the day the next business day, but additional issues arose at the previous job so I agreed the following morning would work fine. They arrived first thing the next day and had the bib replaced quickly and with no issues. Well worth the money.

Erick was prompt, neat, and courteous and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. From start to finish they were professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. Someone put noodles down the sink and they ended up in our laundry room. We just had twins and our sink and washer drain line backed up into our laundry room. Called Ready Rooter and they showed up within an hour or two. They were able to snake the drain line and everything works great now. Very reasonable and very quick to respond. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area!

We had a sewer clog in kitchen line. Ready Rooter came out to service our kitchen sewer line and was able to get the water to drain. However when the cable came back with black material all over their cable Ready Rooters Drain Specialist Bui recommended a sewer camera inspection. We explained that we had another company out 6 months ago and company x ran a sewer camera out side in our front yard for $589 and when company x left we had no idea why we had company x do a camera inspection. Ready Rooters Drain Specialist Bui explained in detail why the sewer camera is needed and that he would call his Field Supervisor Jim to perform camera inspection. When Ready Rooter was done performing camera Inspection Bui and Jim gave us a detail report and video of our kitchen line and Main sewer line. They offered us options from a temporary fix to a permanent solution. We highly recommend Ready Rooter. Their pricing is fair, they wore shoe booties even after we said they did not have too wear them. They are respectful, polite and professional. We felt very comfortable with Ready Rooter. A top notch company. Like my wife always says. It's the little things that matter. Ready Rooter does the little things. Our new Plumbing company is Ready Rooter. Oh and we are doing a permanent solution.

Got quoted for a french drain flush on a new property I moved into 6 months ago. Adam and his partner came out to assess the problem and were very honest and knowledgable. Realized right away that it wasn't a french drain on the property but rather a well type system. They gave advice on who to contact to help with the problem and even offered other solutions to problems I've been having. Never tried to upcharge me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Super trust worthy, great communication throughout the process, and very knowlegable/experieced. Will be having them out for projects that are in their scope soon.
