I just had an explosive situation occur this morning with an outside water line. It was a galvanized line and broke. With water spewing over every where, I was in need of just shutting it off let alone figuring out what was happening. I got the water shut off. Now what? My friendly neighbor had just used this company and said they were the ones to use. I got the card from my neighbor, called and with in 2 hours I was up and running again. They also had a better solution for me and it turns out that I am going to pay under $100 for all that. Tim and Jake are the Dynamic Duo who are responsible. You won't be disappointed!

Of course, Sunday morning and my toilet drains completely blocked...he came out within an hour and had the drain cleared in no time! He made recommendations so it doesn't happen again! I will have Tim take care of these in the near future! They are awesome to work with!

Have the pleasure of updating my review on Ready Rooter Plumbing. I called on Sunday October 21, 2018 due to our lack of hot water. Not only did Tim come over to the house within an hour, but performed a visual inspection of our water heater. Tim showed us where the problem was and let us know he could change it immediately or wait until the morning at no extra charge for either, even though it was a Sunday. We chose the next morning.

Both Tim and Mike (his assistant) showed up promptly and offered advise on which water heater we should purchase. Not only did he follow me down to the store, but transported the new heater in his van back to our house. Both Tim and Mike changed out our water heater and took away our old one as well.

Let me say once again, how great these guys are. They are completely honest, trustworthy and dedicated to their profession. In all my years (I am no spring chicken) I can count on one hand this level of customer service. If you are in need of an honest, trustworthy and professional Plumber you really can not due better then Ready Rooter with Tim (Owner) and an assistant like Mike. TRUST ME, they are GREAT...

Tim is the only plumber I'll trust. He has done numerous jobs for me from diagnosing strange noises coming from pipes by using his pipe camera to installing several new toilets. Water issues scare me to death frankly, but I know I can trust Tim and he always does a great job and is very reasonably priced.

Tim and Jake are Awesome we have been using these guys and only these guys for 2 years now. They know what they are doing and very reasonable in price. They have done more then 20 jobs for us and even on our own house... We won't use anyone else....
