Pirvis Brothers collected $1400 from me but did not do any of the work. They claim they have refunded the money. They did not. They told Angi they would refund the money. They did not. Most likely they will respond that they paid me back. They did not. With their good reviews, I am dismayed that they would behave this way. It is very sad and demoralizing.
