We have used Ready Rooter for years and Tim did a great job. We were told he is no longer with the business. They came out end of October and again the end of November because our sewer backed up again. When they came the 2nd time they charged us - even though it was within 30 days because they did not find anything. Called Rotor Rooter today as it backed up again. They found 3 big blocks (roots) and several smaller ones. My husband called Ready Rooter and they refused to do anything!! Sorry Tim - not sure who is running the business but won't be using it anymore.

Could not have asked for better service. We had an emergency situation at a rental property and Ready Rooter fixed it quickly - on a Sunday. I wish I had called them first!
Tim was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Ready Rooter will be my go-to call from now on.

They are very quick to return calls and have been able to come the day of the phone call. The service guy, Harrison, has been very knowledgeable and helpful each time that I have needed someone to unclog the lines in my house. You will not be disappointed in their service.

Don't waist your money. I would give them zero stars if it would let me. They came out to my property 5 times in one week and still did not fix the problem. They refused to stand behind their work and charged us for each visit. We paid them over $1000.00 just to end up having to call a real plumber to finish the job. Again I wouldn't waist my money
