He came out to our house for an emergency consult when we learned we had a burst pipe and he immediately diagnosed it and explained what was going on in a way I could understand (I know nothing about plumbing). Whenever we've had an emergency situation like our toilet being backed up and clogged or sink not draining, we've been able to call readville plumbing and they are quick to come over and fix it and always so friendly and actually explain what's going on (which I love)! I called around to get quotes to have a toilet grinder pump replaced. Brendan was one of the few who responded and had the best hourly rate. He was easy to communicate with and showed up right on time. He did a great job (pump works great) and even finished the job quicker than planned. Brendan made sure to keep me updated on what he was doing and involved me in the decision making process. I hope I dont need a plumber for a while but when I do I will be contacting him.

Awesome service. Had a hot water heater emergency late in the day and they came right over and fix it for a fair price promptly. Also took a look at and fixed a few other minor issues for no extra charge. Will definitely use them again in the future!

When we went through that cold snap back in mid January I woke up one morning and the house was freezing cold, no heat. I called TBros. and the first thing they start talking about is the money, not even what the problem was and they put me on a list. MacFarlane told me that they were only dealing with existing customers' problems due to the cold snap. As a last resort, I called Brendan at Readville Plumbing and Heating and he came to my home within an hour. He determined that it was the damper on my gas furnace and he was able to track one down and install it for me. He gave a very fair price and his knowledge and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Brendan.

Found Readville plumbing on Google. I was looking for someone to service our boilers in my 3 family home before the winter started. Brendan gave my a fair quote for my servicing. A few days before my appointment I asked him if he could look into checking a radiator on one of my floors due to it making some noise. He said he would.

He arrived on time. He went to fix the radiator and it was easier than he had thought. He also noticed another one in the house was making noise too so he repaired that one too. He also tightened a 3rd one in another room.

Then he went on to the servicing. He informed me of some rebates for boiler replacements for when they hit 30 years which was great info to know. The final bill was actually very reasonable and I was impressed.

He was so great and I will definitely be using him for my regular plumbing and heating needs.
