Great work and came out for an emergency super fast. Explains the issue and does what is needed but lets yah know of future issues to be planning for. I would not trust anyone else to shoot me straight like Gary does.

Gary and team came out and quickly diagnosed a leak that a previous plumber we had out didn't even see. He quickly found the issue, fixed it and was very conscious and aware of our surroundings. Very clean and professional and yes can take a cc from his phone. Very reasonably priced as well. We have had Reaction over before and they will be here again when something goes wrong. Can'r recommend these guys enough!

My wife called to get a quote on a small plumbing job. Very unprofessional answer. No ""Hi this is (name) from Reaction Plumbing, can I help you."" Instead it was "" Hello."" Had to ask a couple of questions to make sure it was the right number. Okay fine. Might of been a bad day. I get it.

She explained what we wanted to get done. They said that they would call back to set up an appointment. They never called. Guess the job was too small.

I would have respected them more if they were truthful than blowing us off.

Wanted to go local, but if this is their customer service is like, I would be very cautious and skeptical of their work.

Our 31 yr old boiler had a broken seal and it needed to be replaced. At 7pm on a Sat night, I called Gary of Reaction Plumbing & Heating needing an estimate. He offered to stop by that evening and discuss replacement options. We were without heat and hot water and he proactively offered space heaters to supplement our fireplace. He was prompt, described the options and his recommendation and why. His recommendation was the same system as was suggested from Irving Oil but with additional upgrades in the water storage tank, for less. He was able to accommodate a complete removal of the old, and install of the new on Monday. He uses quality parts and he doesn't take short cuts with design in making the future maintenance and eventual repairs to parts a simple task. There are no 'should haves' or 'could haves' because he has already thought of them and installed a smart boiler and hot water tank system. It is done right! I have no regrets with any steps of the process and highly recommend Reaction Plumbing for heat and hot water needs.

Gary showed up on time during the snow fall. Wasn't the easiest job but he worked through all the obstacles without any negativity. He is a,quality Plumber and also a honest and trustworthy person. I will be using his services all the time.

I called Reaction Plumbing and Heating about a problem with my hot water tank. They came out first thing the next morning and fixed the tank as well as gave me a thorough inspection of it. Their pricing was fair and they are clearly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
