Our family has known Rob and his wife for years. He did one plumbing job for us and it was decent but more expensive than normal.

Recently, we bought a refrigerator from Rob. He even loaded it up and had his son deliver it to our house. Only problem is the fridge was almond colored and missing several parts (the front grille and one self). I texted him and he refused to respond. This was a life-long family friend!

He refused to refund any money for the missing parts and didn't even respond to my voicemails or texts. If this is any indicator how he runs his plumbing business, I would keep looking.

Called for an appointment, he sounded like he is not interested in my business.
I asked availability and he informed in a week and while i was talking to him he hungup on me.

Must have caught this guy on a bad day. REA installed water heaters in a house I purchased. I am renting the property out and there is a problem with one of them and the warranty expired about 2 weeks ago, although I tried to tell him I had proof it was noticed over a month ago. He didn't want to talk about it at all. Was very short , Rude, and told me to try Dumb Plumbers! I hired another plumber and will be sure to never use or refer REA. This guy just had a Bad Attitude
Again maybe I caught him at a bad time but I'm 1000 miles away and looking for a plumber for the future and will not be REA

Rea plumbing rocks... Left a message at 5:30'am and was called back an hour later ... At my house by 10:30 replaced water heater and his pricing on the website was spot on as well as quote over phone... We needed a new valve as well and no added charges.... Thanks!!

I came home from work today to the sound of water pouring out of my water heater. I called Rea because of the stellar reviews. Admittedly, the weather in Parker today is terrible, but I called this number and I was greeted with ""Yeah?"", I asked if it was Rea Plumbing, and all I received back was ""Yeah, but not today."" then silence. I wasn't calling about a leaky faucet in my kitchen, I was calling because I was afraid my water heater was about to explode. Other businesses I contacted were polite, and in a blizzard I understand that you might not be able to get out, but at least acknowledge the problem and talk to me for a minute. Needless to say, I will never call this business again, and will tell my friends in the area the same.

Our water heater went out last night at 5pm, and being a Sunday I called several places without response. A friend told me to call Robert, and he was the only one who answered my call. I told him it wasn't an emergency, but he was still at my house this morning before 8am to fix the problem. We had to order a new part, but he was able to perform a temporary fix so we have hot water until the new part comes in. It's now 9am, and I have only gotten 1 call back from all the other places I called last night. If you are looking for a responsive and knowledgeable plumber for your home I'd highly recommend him! Highly recommend! I was referred to Robert this morning by a previous contractor and friend. Robert promptly arrived at my home and installed a new water heater within hours of receiving my initial call. Friendly and honest. Price was fair and quote was the same as what he had said it would be over the phone. Also explained what was needed to bring our issues up to code. Recommend 100% and would definitely use again!
