Outstanding experience! From my initial phone call with Ana, working with this company has been seamless. I had my furnace and hot water heater replaced through the RISE/National Grid program and given the scope of the work that needed to be done, I was apprehensive. Bob Coogan not only provided an estimate but took the time to explain everything. On the day of installation Ryan, Mike and Irvin arrived early and during the course of the day additional crew arrived, including Bob. By 5:00 the job was complete and the entire work area had been cleaned, leaving no trace of the extensive job. Ryan explained the features of my new equipment and was awesome! Ana was extremely helpful with guiding me through the loan/rebate process and communicated frequently. I have never dealt with a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful company! I would recommend RE Coogan without hesitation!

I really wanted to use this company because of their great reviews. I called in mid-June to set up an appointment to see my place to install a heat pump and ductless a/c. Due to my schedule it didn't work out, but Anna was great and took down lots of details and said they would try to do a quote based on the floor plan I emailed. I was really impressed, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them. A month later, Ryan called and was very professional and apologized for not getting back to me during high season. We talked and he seemed very knowledgeable and said he'd do a quote and send it asap. After getting two other quotes that I wasn't happy with, I had high hopes. Nothing arrived. I called back every day for almost 2 weeks. Anna was always great and tried to help, explaining that they were slammed and that Ryan would call me. Nothing. It's now been 6 weeks. Anna gave me a verbal quote and said she'd send it by email. Still nothing. She called to say that a tech could stop by the house and take a look in person, which was great. I asked if she could have one of the technicians call and talk to me through their recommendations. Nothing. Just got off the phone again and begged for the quote. She said she gave it to me verbally, and I asked her to send it again. Still nothing. Very frustrating experience, so have decided to move on. I get it that hvac companies are busy mid-summer. I just wanted to get a quote. If you're too busy to do that, just say so.

Honest. Efficient. Dependable. These guys saved us during the Christmas holiday week and their prices were reasonable unlike other quotes from other companies that tried to price gouge. Removed old water heater and installed new in a couple hours. Great service.

We just bought a new house and needed a plumber to install the new gas range and dishwasher. RE Coogan was recommended by our real estate. Bob called back right away after we placed the call. He fit us in the very next day and everything was installed by the time we got home from work. In the first week of living in the house, we had to call Bob on two occasions when the heat didn't work. He called back within
5 minutes both times (once at 6 am and once at 6pm) and Helped to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. We were able to fix both times without having him come out! Bob is patient and kind and his staff is the same way. I highly recommend RE Coogan if you're ever in need of a plumber.

Superb service! Appointment in two days to repair my split AC system, when others said they couldn't be here for months. Ryan and Marlon diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than three hours, while answering all our numerous questions. Very polite and neat, it was a pleasure to have them at our home. In the future, I'll call RE Coogan anytime I need a service that they offer. Excellent in every way!

Excellent service and unbelievably quick to answer a service call to fix a Ductless Split AC unit. The first two places I called said they couldn't see me for weeks! What kind of service is that??

Unbelievably they fixed my issue 100% and also were able to fix a couple of other minor Plumbing issues I was experiencing. Great company! Excellent Service! Very professional. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and response time! Called late on a weekend with no heat and I got right through. Great response time great clean work had the parts I needed and was back up and running in no time. Very professional and polite. If you need a plumber these are the guys to call.

I was disappointed overall - he agreed to a job and came out and completed half of the job (he only could do 1/2 because another service technician needed to finish a part first). I called him back to complete the final job and he never came back. I paid him a large amount of money (not sure if it was a fair amount since I am new to the area, but much more than I would have been charged in my previous home) in a timely manner (because he sent the bill before completion of the job) and called weekly for 5 weeks (sometimes 2x per week). I was told - ""he is busy but I promise he will get to you next week"". I then spoke to him 2x and he said he would fit me in the following week...he never did. He seemed very sincere and friendly when I first met him, but I would much rather he told me that he did not have time to finish my job. I suppose I was naive to keep waiting for that long, but truly he made it seem that he would be out to finish the job.

Just wanted to post what a wonderful experience we had dealing with R.E. Coogan's heating/plumbing. After dealing with another company for months and months regarding our boiler and getting nowhere we happen to see R.E. Coogan's commercial and called him the next day. We had been dealing with our insurance company for months trying to get reimbursed for money spent on our faulty boiler and hot water heater. The next day his men came to install the hot water heater, they took pictures of the faulty boiler and faulty hot water heater, submitted all necessary paperwork and within a couple of days we were informed the insurance company approved the replacement of both. Bob Coogan himself came to do the installation and could not have been more professional, they are truly a 24/7 company.
