Our main line was backed up. Junior responded early on a Sunday morning and came out within an hour. He had to go up on the roof to access the line. He was able to clear it, and to show me detailed pictures of what the pipes looked like. We had lots of large roots in various joints in the pipe. Junior let me know of possible future solutions for this problem and provided several estimates for the various options.

He was very professional, helpful, and came across as trustworthy. Definitely a positive experience!

Super nice family owned business. Professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Turned out there was a small leak in the copper pipe between the water meter and shut off valve. They recommended CPL Leak Detection to locate the leak area. CPL came out and marked the area. RDZ came back, dug a couple feet down, found the copper pipe that had a larger than a pinhole leak, cut the pipe, added new pipe and covered the area back up. These folks are so very nice! Give them a chance. You will not be disappointed!

we had called them out originally to diagnose what was wrong with our toilet and its intermittent failure to flush completely. They came and checked it. Its problem was due to the hard water we have and the mineral buildup in a part of the toilet that cant be rodded out. They recommended that the toilet be replaced as it would not get any better.
We bought a new toilet and called to schedule them to come remove the old toilet and install the new one. They came on time and got right to work. Old one was out fairly quickly. New one installation took a little longer as they wanted to make sure it didn't leak. They cleaned up the bathroom when finished and even took the old toilet with them to dispose of. Great work!

Requested a quote but their reply was to try and schedule someone to come out first thing tomorrow. When I asked again for a quote I was told $650 for hydrojet when it states $350 on their yelp add. No telling what they would have changed if they actually came out. No thanks.

Huge shout-out to Mariana, Randy, and Sergio! Mariana came out to assess our clogged landscape/storm drain. As everything was buried deep in the ground and there was no exit that was readily identifiable by multiple plumbers who came out, she took the initiative to offer to hydro-jet the drain. This was a critical first step to clear one of the most challenging parts of the drain as the pipes were buried deep below my koi pond and roots of large trees. Once they felt the vibration from the hydro-jet near my koi pond, they recommended that I dig right below where they felt the vibration and I quickly identified the landscape drain. Once located, we cut the pipe, but it was packed deep with compacted mud. Needing to re-route the drain, Mariana came up with an out of the box idea to drain to my back-yard, add rocks to prevent erosion, and recycle the water for the vegetation in my back yard. This was a win-win as it resulted in replacing 70 feet of ABS piping vs. nearly 200 feet which would have been completely cost-prohibitive. Once we agreed on the plan, Randy and Sergio came out and they knocked out the work super efficiently and were very thorough. They removed two old lines, replaced and moved two PVC sprinkler lines for preventive maintenance, and made two Home Depot runs late in the evening to ensure that I had running water due to a nick in the main line as they were finishing up. And once the job was completed, they took all the debris, old pipes, and roots/trunks that were dug up and disposed for me upon my request. They definitely bat above their weight and are very skilled in their line of work. I'm lucky to have come across them and I look forward to calling them for my plumbing needs moving forward.
