Ryan came to Kingsburg to clear out two drains, even though it is normally out of his area. He arrived within 45 minutes of me calling him and was so courteous, quick and friendly. And he follows COVID protocols, unlike another plumber we called. He gave us some good advice to look out for in the future. RDL is our go-to plumber. Ryan is professional, efficient, honest, and quick to communicate availability. Over the course of the last two years, he has replaced our hot water heater, washing machine P-trap, snaked a slow shower drain, installed a toilet, replaced our broken garbage disposal and re-piped the kitchen and two bathroom sinks (upgrading the flipper installed flex-pipe to standard PVC). His work is clean, fast and holds up so well! We hardly know he's here when he's working but he also doesn't mind kids asking questions and kids being nosy. We are really thankful to have a go-to plumber that truly puts customers first. I would fully recommend RDL!

Ryan came out 2 years ago (see above) to install a new water heater. I found a leak in my master bedroom and called in another plumber (literally anyone I could find) since it 1) it was near an electrical socket and 2) I live in a 30 year old house. I was afraid the plumbing had rusted over and was leaking. Long story short, the plumber came out and found it was leaking from the water heater. Not the actual heater itself but one of the hookups. He asked who installed it and I remembered it was RDL plumbing (Ryan) who did it and I called him up. He understood the problem but was slammed so I had the other plumber fix it right then and there. I called Ryan back and he owned up to his work and just came by and gave me some money back due to the issue which almost covered the whole cost of what I just paid for the fix. That type of business ethic is rare and I thank Ryan for standing by his work. If you want an honest and reliable plumber call Ryan! Thank you Ryan!

I had Ryan come out to check on what I thought was a slab leak in our master bathroom and to check out some leaking around a faucet handle in a shower in the other bathroom. Very appreciative of the time he took to check things out!

Ryan came out right away to fix our clogged drain. He was fast and very professional and didn't mind answering our questions. He finished the job in about 30 min and his prices are very fair unlike other places in Hanford. We will be calling him if we have any other issues.
